Whitetail Lodge

Whitetail Lodge is a stunning three-story mountain cabin with a pool table, foosball, hot tub, and free WiFi. Featuring three levels of covered porches and a sun deck covering 1,500 square feet, this property is a magnificent southern country home. This property also boasts a porch swing, bistro tables, a grill, and Adirondack chairs.

Challenge your friends or family to a game of foosball or pool in the game room, then throw a DVD into the Blu-ray player to enjoy a movie with lots of buttered microwave popcorn. The full kitchen is ready and waiting to help you serve your guests a sumptuous buffet. Later, read a book from the shelf while you take a long soak in the hot tub.

Whitetail Lodge offers two queen bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa in the lower level and a futon upstairs in the loft. Walk out onto three levels of porches, decks, and balcony to enjoy the mountain atmosphere and surroundings. Small hiking trails around the cabin provide let you get a sense for the scenery and some fresh mountain air. The open floor plan on the main level features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Dining for the whole family overlooking the mountain views or step outside and enjoy dinner on the veranda. from the rocking chairs.

Nearby you’ll find Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel with all the tables, food, and slots you could want for a full day of entertainment. The Toccoa River is only nine miles away, where you can enjoy horseback riding, fishing, tubing, kayaking, and whitewater rafting. If you’re a nature lover, head out to Little Frog Mountain Wilderness to immerse yourself in rhododendron, mountain laurel, bloodroot, crested dwarf iris, arbutus, and mayapple.

Take a day trip on the white waters of the Ocoee River or take an adventure on horseback – a great idea for the whole family. Mercier’s Apple Orchard is a favorite of everyone with breakfast, lunch, and all the apple pies and goodies your heart desires. You’ll definitely want to take a trip into Downtown Blue Ridge and enjoy all the eateries, shops, and more that is offered is this beautiful town.
