Beautiful place and very spacious! Easily accommodated our large group. Driveway is very steep and curvy but paved so didn’t have any problem!

Beautiful cabin in a perfect location right by the river! The river was definitely a huge plus and made our stay even more special. The lot was perfect for the kids to run, play, and enjoy the outdoors. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

This was the perfect lil spot for our family vacation! Comfy and cozy with amazing views. We loved playing in the creek and catching crawdads with the kiddos. The spa was a nice touch too! Sitting out at night listening to the frogs after a rainstorm was magical. Thanks so much for hosting us! We had a blast!

This was the perfect spot for a peaceful, beautiful summer vacation with family and close friends. The cabin and the views were stunning. The creek was such an added bonus too. It was so nice to walk along the rocks and search for crayfish, etc. with the kids. Lots of comfy spots to sleep and hangout too. There’s a nice large living area with a massive couch for movie nights. The big table in the kitchen was great for mealtimes and games. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Great property as described and had a fantastic stay

We LOVED this cabin. The view was stunning. There is so much space to hangout and the sleeping arrangements are all so comfortable. The driveway is steep, but we had no trouble with it.

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind, and we especially loved the little touches that made it feel welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

We stayed here for thanksgiving and we loved it . Our first time going with all our family and we really enjoyed it .

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our girls’ weekend trip. We enjoyed watching movies, playing games, and singing karaoke. It was close to downtown Blue Ridge and Serenity Spa. The cabin had plenty of space for all the girls to unwind and relax.

Few of the things we wish we knew beforehand. First, the location is very secluded. Which was very nice - their are two ways to get to the property. I recommend coming up the mountain from the west side. The drive up that side is nothing crazy, but the hill going down to the house (although paved) is very steep. Frankly, was impressive that a house that nice sits at the bottom, but it definitely requires an all wheel drive vehicle. If you have that then you will be fine. We went in mid October so the weather was PERFECT, but not sure i would go if there was a chance of snow/ice. The house was amazing and had everything we were looking for. The couch might have been the best part (can fit 10 people comfortably). There were TVs in nearly every room, and each TV had Cable and Smart TV capabilities/Sound System. Appliances were great, Bathrooms were awesome, and WIFI was better than expected. Porch area was comfy with great fire & gas Grill. Would book again and was well worth it.

Couldn't have asked for a better weekend away! Huge cabin! Beautiful river! Minutes from downtown! Can't wait to come back!

Stayed here for a family summer vacation and it was perfect! The stream that runs behind the house was beautiful and there were deer and other wildlife passing through daily. I highly recommend!

We have an excellent stay. Very clean, comfortable and serene spacious cabin right by a beautiful river. Will definitely visit again.

We had a large group that came at different times the first day and it made parking a challenge, but we made it work. Overall we loved the cabin and will definitely be back again. It was a beautiful place with the views to make you relax!

We loved the view the location the whole building ! Looked as described! Loved that you see the wildlife all day everyday! The fireplaces were awesome! Oh the driveway so it’s really only for 4wD ! It’s around 20% degree angle! We did not like that it was not loaded with soap shampoo , toilet paper , no laundry detergent even though they request you to clean the towels and bed sheets! Not enough trash bags! For the price I would expect more! There were some safety issues! Walking board sticking out! Need to screw them down! The floor under the sofa was never cleaned! The main bed room was really cold! Can’t imagine later in the year people would freeze! I wasn’t happy about the weed under the house was not pulled out! The ac cover in the living room was also not screwed down! Safety hazard too! The kitchen appliances, pan, knife etc were like 50 years old after 50 years of commercial use! Again for this price I do not want to buy my own when I am on a trip! Don’t start an rbnb business if you use old scratches unhealthy pans! We had to buy kitchen equipment to survive! They did not even have 1 cutting board!

Overall, amazing and worth risking life and limb. Unfortunately, got there after dark, driveway was hard to find, starting off with a blind right turn and on a crazy 90 degree decline. The cabin itself was beautiful. Huge, lots of sleep space. (Beds in the loft could use a headboards to keep from hitting the rocks/wood.) Dining room table was dirty, but not earth ending. However, outside needs some TLC. Broken glass bottles in the rocks and trash on the lawn. 3 random piles of wood with in about 20 feet of each other and chained up chairs under a metallic silver tarp - right in the view of the creek. Only issues: driveway and revamping the outside space to be a bit more inviting. Overall - worth the $$ and death by driveway.

Our Christmas vacation in the cabin was great. The cabin was very nice and well crafted. The ultra big couch in the living area was the favorite spot for our family. Relaxing, enjoying a nice fire, and watching Christmas movies made our stay exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay here again and believe the property would be fantastic duirng the warmer months. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful cabin right by a creek. Secluded with great amenities.

What you see, is what you get! Breathtaking! The only downfall is the narrow mountain road to get there. Not the most pleasant drive up to the cabin. But, once you conquer that, it’s all stunning. It was definitely worth every penny. 12 adults were very comfortable the entire weekend. It definitely could sleep more.

The place was beautiful and very clean! It’s the perfect setup for a girls trip or family getaway.

it needs to be disclosed how bad the driveway is and getting to cabin, was extremely steep and winding.

The cabin was welcoming and beautiful. The river in the back is perfect for kids to play in and the back deck gives great views of the river. There is so much to do that we didn't have to leave the cabin hardly all weekend to find entertainment. It's about 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and about 30 minutes from a kid-friendly waterfall hike and the Aska trail. The neighborhood roads and driveway are extremely steep and a bit scary to drive on, so be aware if you're not used to that. This cabin is managed by a large company, so communication was a bit spotty when reaching out with questions before our stay, but we were able to get by ok.

Stay was good. Cabin was beautiful. No ice maker if any sort in the fridge. If you’re coming during the freezing temps the master toilet pipes may freeze on you which then has no flush. Only way out to the river through the cabin is through the master bedroom. It was cozy, lots of fire places which was great due to the cold. No firewood, bring your own. I would come back in the spring rather than winter months :).

Very beautiful cabin and scenery!

The place was private, clean and liked the river view was amazing. The internet was not great so it may be reason for slow response of communication otherwise everything was well. We had great time, very relaxing and amazing views.

Very nice place with lots of room, beautiful view of the river. Not a place I'd stay if there was sleet or snow on the ground, the driveway is too steep for that. The propane bottle emptied the second night in the middle of cooking.

The cabin company was great to deal with. Very thorough and well informed for every step of our stay. The master bed is extremely uncomfortable. The cabin inside was clean, but there was mud or dirt on the porch off the master bedroom. The cushions on the upsides porch were extremely dirty and stained. There is stained feet print on both porches, one looks like someone spray painted something white on the porch. The dishes in the pantry beside the fridge were dirty, still had food on a lot of them. I had to wash everything we used . We enjoyed our stay, but feel like we won’t book this specific cabin again.

House was very comfortable for all 13 of us, and the yard was HUGE that the kids loved running around in, but this house has alot of things that need to be worked on and I’ll try to keep it brief. Yes the road to the house is VERY steep, though it is paved and we had a family member who made it with a Honda Odyssey, but I don’t think that would’ve been possible if there was snow or heavy rainfall. The house was dirty in general, under the couches, inside the cabinets, cobwebs everywhere. The master bedroom seems to have no insulation because it was freezing in there. Hot water runs out on you real fast (except for the master bathroom), so for a big group like us we had to take turns and then wait hours till it got warm again. A major safety issue was that not one, but two of the rebars on the stairs to go to the backyard came off completely, causing one of our family members to trip and almost fall down those long stairs. Nails are also sticking out in some places on the wooden floors and we swept dead bugs everywhere, wasps, flies, ladybugs . Again, lovely house with alot of space but it would benefit from some TLC
