This home is beautiful! The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. You will have everything you need. It was very peaceful and we plan on coming back in the winter if it’s available.

The house was very convenient to Blairsville, which was important to us. It was also very clean. There were lots of amenities and convenient items. Whatever was not there was clearly communicated (although I don't think the listing shows a microwave and there was definitely a microwave). My adult daughters loved the hot tub area in the back, complete with a sitting area and TV. We wished the TV was larger in the back as we would have loved to have watched the World Cup there instead of inside. But my daughters loved the fact that we had to watch inside and they could watch their own shows from the hot tub :). My husband and I enjoyed playing Galaga - that is our era. The outdoor spaces being enclosed with screens made it so much nicer to be outside without mosquitoes.Beds and pillows were very comfortable. HVAC worked well.We will definitely consider this home again when we visit Blairsville.

Second time in this cabin. Family loves the screen porch. Close enough to town when you need stuff, but far enough that it's peaceful. Great little cabin!

Beautiful home! The beds were so comfortable. We loved hunting for salamanders and crayfish in the creek. The location was perfect for us, as it was right around the corner from our lots in the Northshore neighborhood and the town of Blairsville.

We just love this place. We have stayed here 4 times now and absolutely love it. Perfect location.

Very relaxing

The cabin/house was perfect for our weekend getaway. All the outdoor activities gave us lots to due during the rain. The house is in a very quiet and beautiful location. Close to the lake. The house is nicely equipped with everything you need. We will be looking to stay here again when visiting Blairsville.

I spent one week in this fabulous cabin with my two adult daughters. We had such a wonderful week! The cabin is absolutely beautiful, and so well appointed. Everything is there that you could possibly want. The beds and chairs are so comfortable and luxurious, and the whole place was immaculate. We each had a king size bedroom and our own bathroom, which gave us our privacy whenever we wanted. The living room, screened porch and every bedroom has a large smart TV. You won't find this anywhere else! The cabin is quiet and private, surrounded by trees, nature, and the lake. We saw deer frequently. We played ping pong, corn hole, board games, went on hikes, and kayaked. Blairsville is just lovely, very quaint, but with a perfect number of casual restaurants. Also, it's an easy drive to Blue Ridge. We came away renewed, rested, and happy. I can't recommend this cabin more highly.You will not be disappointed!

The home was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The neighbors were all very friendly. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved staying at this cabin with our friends & our dogs. The closed in patio with fire place / tv was perfect for hanging out outside & not having to worry about the dogs. It was so cute / comfy. Not too far from downtown areas Blairsville, Blue ridge or Helen. It was exactly the vacation we were looking for.

My husband and i came for a 4 day getaway after a rough year with my health. This place was perfect!! Very clean, very comfy, very inviting. It was decorated for Christmas and had a nice tree on the deck with the hot tub. It was stocked with everything we could need or want. We saw deer everytime we opened the door,. Loved the shower, and the pac-man game! My husband cleared the lock and then realized he left his eallet, and the company was able to get us back in in just a few minutes. Exceptional stay on all counts. Lots of attention to detail, light switches all labeled,, all amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful cabin, very spacious & the place is well maintained and private. It felt like home; the attention to detail is noticeable. Probably one of the best places we have stayed at & the puppies 🐶 loved it also!

Our favorite cabin!!! Super clean, spacious, and well stocked. We loved the screened in porch area. Lots of deer sightings everyday. Perfect spot for our family vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed with my sister in law & husband to go to Oktoberfest in Helen which was a beautiful 40 min drive. Hikes, wineries and great little antique shops were close and the fall leaves were amazing.The cabin was a clean comfortable private place with just about everything you would need. It was great and would definitely stay again.

We are always in search of the perfect, private getaway spot to unwind and relax. This property was exactly what we were looking for! From the moment we entered the cabin we knew that the back porch would be our “spot” for the week. The cool temps, fireplace, and hot tub… mixed with the smart tv and peaceful surroundings was a true haven of seclusion. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. We can’t wait to return!

Loved the outdoor living space. I think it was my favorite aspect about the place. Everything was clean, cozy, well stocked and welcoming.

My husband and I spent the weekend here and what a gem!! The place is beautiful and we lucked out because it rained so we got to spend so much time in the screened in deck with fireplace and jacuzzi. It was the perfect get away!

Holly Berry Hill was awesome! It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. In fact, we couldn't find anything wrong with the cabin. All 3 bedrooms have king size beds, flat screens, and their own bathrooms. There is a beautiful wrap around screened porch that has a gas grill, hot tub, fireplace and flat screen. The location of the cabin was convenient. Grocery store and Lake Nottely are 10 minutes away. Blue Ridge is about 25 minutes away, where there are numerous restaurants and shopping. Tubing on the Toccoa is a must and fun for the whole family.The only issue we ran into was the key code not working, which was very inconvenient and delayed our entry into the cabin for about an hour. Approximately 20 minutes of that was being on hold for someone at Georgia CFY. However, the representative that handled our call was courteous and efficient and after the problem was resolved we didn't have any other issues. All in all, we would definitely stay in this cabin again.

This place was super peaceful yet close enough to town for grocery runs. The house was clean and comfortable. The screened porch is huge and was where many hours were spent. Comfy beds. Was great!

An amazing and comfortable cabin with all the amenities that you could want. Loved the outside balcony with fireplace and hot tub, the kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. We would stay here again!

The home was beautiful & had one of the best stocked kitchens we have run across. The location was semi private and extremely quiet. It’s close enough to town if you want to go or you can order in. And the little extras like the seasonal soaps & bathroom sprays were the icing on the cake. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside much because the high was 25 degrees our full day. But the hot tub was wonderful.

This is a piece of paradise. The cabin is gorgeous, very well furnished, and equipped with everything you need for a nice weekend or vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and the location is just perfect. My family and I can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holly Berry Hill. It was far enough off the beaten path that it felt remote & private. The house itself isn’t lake front - but it does not detract one bit from the overall location and surroundings. We chose this location mainly so we could sit in a hot tub while our dogs were within close range. The beautiful enclosed deck with wood burning fireplace & TV ++ hot tub allowed us to do all of that & more. The house itself is very well appointed. Comfortable. Big with fantastic bathrooms & lots of amenities & places to spread out. Could easily accommodate a few couples. We loved having a push start gas fireplace inside & the option of not one but two wood fireplaces outside (one is a fire pit in the back yard.) Only thing that would have made it perfect is if there had been some wood ready to burn. We didn’t want to return to town to buy bundles & were dismayed there wasn’t any for night one. Small hiccup to an otherwise perfect stay.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! Fully stocked, comfortable and the outside decks are amazing. Thanks for opening your second home and highly recommend this place.

We had the BEST week! We wanted to stay longer! The cabin is gorgeous. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfy. We loved the indoor gas fireplace, it heats the house up all on its own! The rooms are spacious. The kids (10, 7 and 42-ha! ) loved the PAC-Man game-so neat! Tons of DVDs and some games - we played tons of Yahtzee. We come every Thanksgiving and this is the first cabin that has been decorated for Christmas and it was an amazing addition! We love loved the decorations, especially the outdoor tree, and so appreciated the touch! It really put us in the holiday spirit! We walked the trail to the lake and fished a bunch and went to the Nottely Trail and hiked and fished. We highly recommend the Living Waters Winery-it’s new and super family friendly. The hot tub is a bonus on the AMAZING lanai. This is the first time we stayed with a screened in lanai/porch and hot tub and it was the best! We used the outdoor fireplace a bunch and gathered our own wood. My only suggestion is to add outdoor heaters. Those tall, stainless steel heaters you can turn on. The fireplace does not heat the porch enough to enjoy it in the fall/winter. We loved the curtains but they are for privacy and not keeping the heat in. Overall-one of our BEST cabins yet!! Will 100% be back!!! Oh! And my kids are dying to know if the little door across from PAC-man is basement stairs?! It’s our best guess since it looks like there is one underneath! Lastly-my 10 year old wrote in the guest book-she love loved it too! Thank you!!!

We had an awesome few days at this cabin. It’s beautiful inside with the 3 king-sized bedrooms and 3 baths….one with a shower to die for. Beautifully decorated and equipped like home. The huge screened in porch was just what we needed with our 17 month old! Definitely recommend…

Thank you for allowing us to rent this particular cabin. It was incredibly beautiful and clean. Just a couple of comments: 1. I think the driveway needs to have gravel fixed as it looked like people struggled (as we did) to get up the drive and so maybe look at putting more gravel down? Also we did not see any brooms or vacuum cleaners available to sweep. I believe we left the cabin in great condition but it would be nice to have that available if we wanted to sweep the kitchen floor etc.

It was our fourth trip to this cabin. Super clean, quiet, and much needed. Deer running everywhere, fireplace hit the spot. No neighbors in sight. Not a better escape cabin. Wish I owned it. Would never leave😎👍

We booked this rental 3 days before arriving and loved the property. Here’s the good and not so good of our experience. 1. Cleanliness - If I could rate the a 12/10 I would. I’ve rented luxury homes of over 20k a week that haven’t been as clean as this property. I was a bit surprised to find an envelope to leave the housekeeper a gratuity in addition to the cleaning fee but the house was so exceptionally clean that I left a tip too. Whoever maintains the cleaning does a superb job. 2. The house - this house has everything you need and then some. It’s actually 3 bedrooms (listing said 2) and guests are provided everything they need. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, and the outdoor living space is to die for. We spent almost all our time there. There were tons of clean towels, throw blankets, dishes and a junk drawer with all the miscellaneous items you might need - like a torch to light a fire outside. The only thing that wasn’t there was some stemmed wineglasses that you could use outside so we donated a set when we left. Again, kitchen and dishes were cleaner than most restaurants. 3. The management company - There is definitely a difference in working with a hired company versus the home owner. They were slow to respond, often gave conflicting information and their verification process was a pain and in spite of several confirmations I kept being told they didn’t have my information. I’d prefer to deal with owner.

We absolutely loved this cabin. Everything about it was beautiful! I felt like I was in a luxury tree house sitting out on the porch with the fireplace and hot tub watching a movie. Just a wonderful get away!!

My family and I went for the week of thanksgiving. This place was truly a home away from home! We did not want to leave when it was time to check out. There is plenty to go do and see around the area! Will go back again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holly Berry. Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. As if that wasn’t enough to make us happy how about the screened in wrap around porch with several seating areas! We spent our whole time sitting outside on the porch by the fireplace and hot tub enjoying the view and appreciating the sounds of nature! And did I mention the beautiful master bath walk-in shower with a rain shower head plus 2 other shower heads? Wonderful!!! Can’t wait to book our next trip!
