Toccoa River Mist

Beautiful and peaceful cabin and it's only about 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. It was relaxing sitting on the deck with fire burning in the fireplace. Our high school and college age kids enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard. The hot tub was also a hit. The neighborhood common area by the river was great for fly fishing and launching tubes.

Beautiful cabin! From the moment we arrived, we knew this one was special. Clean, cozy, and perfect for family time next to the Blue Ridge train tracks and river. Our family relaxed by both fireplaces, enjoyed game nights playing pool, watched the deer out back in the morning, and ended up making all of our meals in the beautiful kitchen. We would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Blue Ridge. Can’t go wrong with this one.

We had the most amazing stay at this North Georgia cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect cozy mountain feel while still offering all the modern comforts.The location was ideal — peaceful and private, yet close enough to town for restaurants, shopping, and exploring. The views were absolutely stunning, especially in the morning with coffee on the porch. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge.The host was fantastic — responsive, thoughtful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in North Georgia, this cabin is a gem. Wonderful cabin. Cozy, well maintained and has all the amenities needed for a great time. Loved the pool table and outdoor fireplace as well as Firepit and view of train and river. Just a great stay. Was hard to leave!

We couldn’t have been more happier with this cabin! It was an easy drive, easy driveway compared to my past experiences, beautifully updated to all amenities you could ask for. Very clean. Only one very small con is the lady bugs. We had to move out of one room because there were so many and they were crawling on my son. They bring good luck so we’re hoping we have a year of good luck and good fortune LOL. Overall we would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at Jenny B’s cabin. It looked just like the pictures. Very nice and well maintained cabin. All rooms were clean and furniture was in excellent condition. It’s in a gated community and close to downtown Blue Ridge. We will definitely stay here again if we plan another trip.

We loved everything about this cabin. Great location to downtown and lots of hikes nearby. The cabin has great views and everything you need. This was our second stay and we will be back!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway with friends!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very clean and we enjoyed the outdoor area. A few hooks to hang towels by the hot tub would be a great addition. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain cabin. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor living space was the highlight — cozy seating, a stunning view, and a perfect fireplace for cool evenings. Truly a peaceful and inviting retreat.

Can’t rate this property high enough. Beautifully decorated, had everything we could want, including great games and hot tub. The gated community with gravel road to house just added a little rustic charm we wanted to feel like a quick getaway to the foothills. It is just around the corner from Old Toccoa Farm golf club, a beautiful course. We will definitely go back.

The house looks even better in person than it did in the pictures! Very clean! We loved that the train from Blue Ridge goes by in back of the house about 4 times a day. It was so fun to see it!

Beautiful Cabin! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Toccoa River Mist and plan on booking again in the future. It has all of the amenities that you could want in a mountain retreat and also close to everything that we wanted to do in Blue Ridge.

We loved our stay at Toccoa River Mist, it felt like a true home. It was well furnished, and has wonderful amenities like the game room, fire pit, and beautiful shower. We loved that it is in a gated community, and this home is on the end of a road leaving a lot of room for kids to be outside and have privacy. The trail to the water and the common area was our favorite part, we loved having that outdoor space at our disposal. Highly reccommend!

This cabin was the perfect spot for a small, relaxing bachelorette weekend before my sister’s wedding! The place is beautiful with great decor and a great view of the river. Hot tub was lovely and I love that it was under a gazebo with string lights. Everything was clean, and shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee and other amenities were provided!

My friends and I stayed here for a girl’s trip and we loved the cabin! It was pristine and SO clean. It looks exactly like the pictures and is so extremely cozy. It was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, and there were so many areas to commune and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine. The beds are comfortable as is the sofa (we had a great movie night!). Just know that the road inside the neighborhood is gravel and of course has its inclines. It was raining all day when we arrived and we drove two sedans (they made it!), but we definitely had to drive through and around mud and pooled water, and there’s a very short but steep incline to pull up to the house; not a huge deal but something to keep in mind, I can’t imagine if it had really been pouring. We will definitely book this cabin again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

I can't say enough great things about this property. It was comfortable, cozy, had everything we needed, the view was amazing, quiet and peaceful. It's close to downtown with great restaurants and shopping. We found local trails to hike, but we mainly just loved hanging out at the property and taking the short hike down to the river below which has a beautiful park area with a walking trail. It was fun to watch the Blue Ridge Railway come through. Communication from the property manager made everything easy and streamlined. We are definitely planning to come back to this property again.

This place was everything we hoped it would be. I absolutely loved the place. We want to make this an annual place to vacation. Beautiful decor, very clean, perfect location. It was the best airbnb Ive stayed in.

Our family enjoys this trip every year. This year was no different. The cabin was perfect. There was plenty of space and the conveniences you would expect on vacation. The super markets are close and the attractions are right down the street. The kids loved the game room and walking along the trails. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Beautiful house - this was our second visit and we just love the house and the area. The house has everything that we need - well stocked and beautifully maintained. The road was a bit rough getting up to it on Thursday but they had a team working in the neighborhood on Friday and it was much better. Thank you for a great weekend and we hope To be back soon

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. I wish it had been cooler so we could put the outdoor fireplace to good use. The cabin was equipped with everything we could possibly need and then some. Definitely would go back!

This cabin was perfect for our relaxing girls trip. The layout of the cabin is great, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the outdoor porch is one of the best spots. It had all the listed amenities and was clean. There is a speaker in the master bathroom which I personally love, BUT it seems that you have to turn the light on three times to get it to work. Turn the light on two times in a row and the fan will come on. Strange but probably cause it should be on its own switch with three options? One additional thing I will note is there is a Nespresso Virtuoso, as shown in the pictures but none of the grocery stores carry those pods, they just carry the original Nespresso pods. The Ingles nearby does have just about anything else you may need with it and the town of Blue Ridge about 15 mins away. Very convenient to easily access food or stroll the town. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay.

The cabin was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of wildlife in the area. We tremendously enjoyed our stay!!! Would definitely stay again!!!

We loved everything about this cabin. It was a beauty. My mom for once didn’t have to wash the sheets before going to sleep because she said it actually smelled and looked clean everything was immaculate, definitely didn’t want to leave… planning to book a bigger cabin soon through here 💚💚

Absolutely amazing cabin in Blue Ridge! The cabin was in the most beautiful setting, had everything you could want or need, and was convenient to downtown Blue Ridge. The cabin is beautiful and appointed with so many great amenities. The directions to the cabin were clear and very easy to follow. Communication was excellent. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! One of the nicest cabins we have ever rented!

My husband & I stayed here with our 2 children (11 & 7). We were all very pleased with our stay. This cabin is absolutely beautiful!! The game room made for fun family nights. The outside entertaining area was perfect. Beautiful views from the porch and the hot tub. The large fire pit and cornhole boards was a nice added bonus to our visit. Everything was extremely clean, it was very comfortable and made for a great family getaway. We would definitely recommend this cabin, and hope to stay here again soon.

Top notch cabin! My husband and I had the most amazing relaxing stay at this cabin. Cabin is even better than the pictures on listing. It was super clean, very spacious, kitchen had all we needed for cooking our dinners. The host left us a bag with paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid and even washing powders. The views of the river was so nice and so relaxing. We spent 80% of our time on the back porch burning fires in fireplace and watching tv while lounging on the comfy couch, even ate our dinners on the porch. You can’t go wrong with this cabin oh and it’s a gated neighborhood. We would for sure visit this cabin again next year!

Can’t wait to come back! This was the perfect home away from home and will not be our yearly stay when we come to Blue Ridge! Perfect time for couples and families to enjoy time with eachother and it was truly difficult not asking to extend our stay a week. Fully in love with the views and the atmosphere in this home.

Great place to stay with more than enough room for the 4 of us. Short drive into town made visiting Blue Ridge extremely easy. Enjoyed using the game room/bar area, outdoor patio and hot tub (was not running when we arrived so we had to contact the office). All in all I would recommend to anyone staying in the Blue Ridge area. Thank you for a great time!

We loved everything about this beautiful cabin, fully stocked kitchen, awesome home amenities & decor, the scenic views of the river & the privacy of the property, everything was perfect! Throughly enjoyed the passenger train that passed by behind the cabin. We actually have a lot in common with the owners, our love of St John USVI, The Oaks & Kentucky Derby❤️☀️My only complaint is for the 42 hours we stayed, due to check in at being at 4PM sharp on Friday & check out at 10AM sharp on Sunday, the $250.00 cleaning fee was ridiculous and then asking us to put our dirty linens in a bath tub, tidying up & leaving no dirty dishes out, etc. (Even though I am the person that cleans before my cleaning person comes to my house, the fact that we had specific “cleaning requests” just rubbed me wrong). I think if we are ever able to return, we would reserve for a week, then I could justify the cleaning fee & other requests but not for a 42 hour stay.Other than that, everything was perfect!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay! The listing was as described—had everything we needed to be comfortable for our weeklong stay. The river is a “hike” down the hill (the path is over by the fire pit) and you can also access by driving to the neighborhood entry point. During our stay, we enjoyed lots of downtime, tubing, kayaking (started at the dam and got out at the neighborhood), boating on Lake Blue Ridge, and fishing. This is our second stay in the area, we’ll definitely be back and would be happy to be at this cabin again!

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway and it was incredible. It's a newer home and is immaculately furnished. The covered back deck is incredible...we could have stayed out there all day. On top of that the rental agency has this place fully stocked and has an entire book on hand with instructions for things around the house (i.e. how to work TV's, WiFi, etc.) as well as local amenities and activities. Can't recommend this place enough!

We had an outstanding time at the location. We enjoyed all of the amenities and could not have been happier with the location..We did have a difficult time finding the location. There are two River Ridge Drives. The one that maps and our vehicle gps takes you to is NOT the correct location. It is very important for you to view the video of how to get there and read the written instructions how to get there.Unfortunately, we did not receive the instructions and video until after we went to the wrong location.Furthermore, we drove down a driveway where we thought 790 should be and were met by a very inhospitable resident of the property upset and pursuing us with their vehicle.There is no or very little cellular reception so I would suggest calling the host from town if you have any questions.Otherwise, once we made it there, it was spectacular.Thank you,

The house is amazing. Very clean and well maintained. The game room is so much fun. LOVE the Ms. PacMan table!! The location is close to Downtown Blue Ridge, Blairsville, Ellijay and lots of hikes, lake/river/fishing. The entire drive in the neighborhood to the house is unpaved, so just a heads up...it is the last house. I would definitely recommend this house and have already shared the pics.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the cabin! The house was absolutely beautiful! It has everything you need and was super clean! The primary bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. From the outdoor patio and fire pit to the indoor game room it was perfect for our family. Our kids loved walking down to the river The location is superb - a quick 10minute drive to downtown and close to a lot of hiking trails. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - it was the perfect place for a mountain getaway!

This was a great location and great property. Everything you need & we had a great experience. We were driving to the property and a large tree blocked the driveway of the subdivision. While we could still walk to the property, this was a hassle. I called and within 6 hrs someone was there to clear the tree, late on a Friday night.

Great cabin! Really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed inside and outside fireplace. Only recommendation is to bring your own wood as there was none available at the cabin. We got dry wood from Ace Hardware. House is super close to the town of Blue Ridge. Thank you 😊

Overall the property along with its location was the best we have been to yet In the Blue Ridge area. The outdoor living area on the back deck was absolutely amazing , the game room was also a great touch to have at the rental. As far as location you could not beat it! We also loved the little community River access area. My only complaint for the property would be the the Wi-Fi was not good at all and there was literally one bathroom towel per person and we only had 6 of us. Besides that everything was perfect and we really enjoyed the house and surrounding areas ! Definitely a 5 star property!

We loved the house! It was even decorated for Christmas which was a great surprise when we arrived. The house was clean and beautiful and made for relaxing. We were disappointed the hot tub didn’t work too well and we couldn’t get the indoor fireplace to turn on. Other than that we were so happy with the house.

The house is absolutely beautiful. It’s furnished so nice and everything was very clean. we had a great time. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather so that limited what we could do. One of the nights a horrible storm came through and we lost power and TV and Internet for half a day. However no complains about the property itself. Great house!

Excellent property! The back deck, jacuzzi, and game room were our favorite areas! Small touches like comfortable lounging throws and towels for the jacuzzi were a great touch! Took a while to get the TVs set up, but rental company was easily accessible for assistance. Walk to the river was nice and not too long. Overall, I highly recommend this property! It's close to everything we wanted to do.

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous! It has highend furnishings & decor. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfy. Pictures don’t do it justice. We are definitely looking forward to returning here & Blue Ridge is a wonderful town to visit!

This property is amazing! You have to see this place in person..wven better than the pictures! There is so much space and so many fun things to do at the cabin with friends or family. We go to the mtns for our twins birthday every year and Toccoa River Mist is now THE place we will go from now on. The process to ck in and the instand access to the property was seemless! We even received a call the day before from the property mgmt company asking if we had everything we needed before our stay. Excellent customer service and an excellent wknd getaway for our family!! Thank you!!!

This property was perfect for our family. The location was great. It was close to downtown Blue ridge, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. We had a wonderful time relaxing at the house and exploring the town.

We needed a break from the stressful daily grind. This place offered many Amenities to get away from reality. The game room was fantastic and the outdoor living area was fabulous. We have already discussed trying to stay here again.

I searched for so long looking for the perfect cabin, and this place was amazing! My family and I loved this place, it was so clean and they did an amazing job decorating. The kitchen is big and accessible to everything else so you’re not secluded away from anyone else. The patio was incredible, a nice fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. They provide you with a binder of so many things to do, and any questions you can think of will be answered by the information provided. The only thing is instructions to the river were a little unclear. When you leave the driveway turn left, and stay straight up the hill then follow the road down, it becomes super narrow but once you get down there it is beautiful.

We had an amazing time during a birthday trip. The cabin was extremely clean and modern. Plenty of cookware and the porch was unbeatable. We had to flip the breaker to get the hot tub on and be warned, the master bathroom has a sliding barn door that doesn’t shut all the way. We had to prop it shut or it would just slide open. But overall everything was perfect!

Enjoyed our stay. Cabin great. Disappointed there was no direct access to the river for fishing and road we found leading down was washed out. Failed to make advance reservations for the train ride and to rent a pontoon so didn’t get to do either one. Minimal area for fishing on the lake

We had a wonderful long weekend at the cabin. The house has all one could want: gorgeous covered porch, fire places, game room, and a big open space for family to gather. We were thrilled to discover that the River Ridge Dr properties have access to a private park on the Toccoa River. I recommend this property for all ages.

The cabin was decorated beautifully and so close to town. It was spotless. The drive was difficult without a four wheel drive. A paved road would’ve been nice, but overall was wonderful. The hot tub and game room was a lot of fun. Anyone would be happy there.

Beautiful experience, nice place to rest and relax. But, please, tell guests about the river access. We found it on our last day and would have love to take advantage more during our stay.

We spent a ton of time on the deck, just enjoying the view and the weather, it was the perfect place to sit and relax! All of the beds were incredibly comfy, the bathrooms were like having your own private spa experience, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed...our stay was just incredible. We can't recommend this cabin enough and will definitely be back again!

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and rate Toccoa River Mist as one of the nicest, most conveniently placed, and best valued properties we've stayed. The cabin was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the sites and attractions. It's close enough to downtown that it makes going to restaurants and bars easy, but also far enough away that you don't hear all the noise. The no contact/key-less entry check-in was safe and painless. The views were stunning, and the all the amenities were in great condition. The rec room with game tables and the wet bar was perfect for us! We spent both nights on the deck by the fireplace — it was literally perfect. Communication with Cabins for you was great too. We had no issues, but felt very cared for. The check-out process was simple. No contact, no hassle. We would highly recommend this wonderful cabin.

This cabin is beautifully done. The outside area is spectacular. We especially appreciated the quality of the dishes, glasses, and cookware. It was very cozy and all beds were super comfortable. Master bath was especially nice. Thankfully, we had an all wheel drive vehicle. This is a new development and the gravel road had huge potholes. Hopefully, the community will fix these soon. There is construction next door, but it did not bother us. The peace and quiet on the weekend, though, was wonderful. We hope to return to this beautiful place.

Great place, some thing’s need repair. I would give five stars if not for the treacherous road in and not being able to use fireplaces.

The place was very clean - very. Our only complaint was the lack of access to the river. We were given the impression that there a path to the river. It was a trail, not a path. My husband and adult son were able to hike down to the river. My younger son and myself were unable to walk the trail due to poison oak and terrain. With the tree foliage, you could barely see the river. I just felt this was a bit misleading and I had called to ask about the river access before we booked the house. The house was super nice. Having everything on one level was super nice as well. The game room was fun entertainment in the evening. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Cornhole needs new bags - 2 of them had holes and were missing beans.

We’ve stayed here a few times, we love the cabin, the game space, the hot tub, the proximity to downtown and the view of the river. However it’s notably not being taken care of well which is such a shame. There was toilet paper in the yard, bugs inside, the legs just fell off the kitchen chairs, the mattresses sorely need replacing, the hot tub was leaking and took forever to heat up. This cabin is so lovely and I’m so sad seeing it not being cared for like the luxury place it is.
