A retreat for the senses, Firefly Cabin is a pet-friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin rental that can sleep up to 8 guests in Mineral Bluff, Georgia. This Blue Ridge retreat is secluded and tucked among the trees – yet close to the boutique and antique shops, farm-to-table restaurants, apple orchards, and annual events the area is known for.

Sip a drink in the rocking chairs on the front porch, toss steaks on the grill for lunch, and gather around the firepit for s’mores and stories at night. There is a nice yard where you can play with your dog, along with a hot tub on the screened-in deck, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful wood table with wooded views, a big screen TV and gas log fireplace, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for 5. Bedding includes 2 king-size beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and 1 twin daybed with a trundle.

The cabin was just as described and perfect for our group-two families of 3 people each. Perfect location that is central between Ocoee rafting, Blue Ridge and McCayesville. Highly recommend.

Overall, the cabin was great. It had a nice setup. It was clean and ready to go. It is located in a good location.

Excellent stay, very clean, easy to follow instructions. Great recommendations, hot tub, bathrooms, kitchen was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Our family loved the cabin. The beds were super comfortable. We had a great time having family game night with all the board games provided.The back jets in the hot tub weren’t working. Also the shower pressure could have been a little better. Overall, great stay and good location.

Everything was great the Cabin very comfortable and clean. It could have used a Broom and Mop There was only a sm worn broom about 30 inches tall on the porch by the hot tub and a re useable O Cedar mop in the closet with no pad on it. No vacuum. Very quiet and peaceful.

This was an elevated, cozy cabin experience. Great electric fireplace, perfect hot tub, and plenty of space for relaxation.

Cabin was very cozy. Quick response from management when we had a question regarding the hot tub. Cabin was nice and secluded. Cabin provided enough items for our weekend getaway, minus sheets for the pullout sofa bed upstairs. Would work with this management company again to find a cabin to rent.

Cabin is great! Clean and decent location to Ellijay and Blue Ridge. The drive up on the gravel road to get to the cabin is pretty bad. The gravel road was pretty rutted out and a small car going to a different cabin across the way dug out another rut from getting stuck. Need something bigger and heavier. We were in a Palisade so ok but have to crawl up at 5 mph. Only complaint. Otherwise, cabin is terrific and very cozy! We only stayed in one room but plenty of space for another couple and kids maybe as one bedroom has a trundle. Loved the outside areas as actually has a bit of a yard and really enjoyed being outside on the deck and use of the fire pit.

Summer get away

Stay was good. Cabin was great. One small issue is the water pressure in the bathrooms seem to be very low. Water flow very low. Other than that the cabin was fine.

Just what we needed for some great family time

The property was as listed, close to Blue Ridge for our train ride and was perfect for our small family. Beds are on the softer side, perfect for me but our son said he prefers firmer mattress. He did say the house was perfect for us and would love to come stay again. Our granddaughter enjoyed it so much she didn’t want to leave. Also, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

Beautiful cabin. Nice quiet, peaceful area, but close to downtown Blue Ridge. Would definitely stay again!

Blissful Rest

My husband and I had a wonderful week of blissful rest in a beautiful setting. The cabin is gorgeous and was actually much larger than we needed, but we enjoyed being able to spread out. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, utensils and we took advantage of the grill on the front porch to cook most of our meats. The property is situated so that the few other cabins nearby are far enough that you can barely see them thru the trees. It gave us the peaceful solitude we were looking for, but we were also close enough to get into town within 15 minutes in several different directions. Our stay was all we hoped for.

Tranquility

We came up for our 11 year old God son’s funeral. His dad came by to see us and ended up staying all weekend. This place is a slice of heaven on earth! Clean quiet and felt like we were the only people on the mountain . Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Cabin very nice and modern. Only complaint is cable in bedroom did not work. I would have loke to watch tv in bedroom.

Hot tub getaway!

Highly enjoyed the weekend getaway. The hot tub was perfect even though one night was rainy due to it being covered. Loved the fireplace and the heater in the bathroom as well. The directions and placement were perfect and easy to locate!

Beautiful home in a peaceful setting. The house was in a good location. We enjoyed day trips to Ellijah, Blue Ridge, Blairsville, McCaysville, Murphy NC and Copperhill TN. The level yard was great for our dogs. We really enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs and the hot tub in the screened-in porch. We would definitely rent again.

Firefly cabin had it all! Very spacious. Kids had plenty of room to play. Clean. Private. It’s surrounded by wooded area. Nice level lot. Only 15 minutes to downtown blueridge. We will definitely stay again!

Cabin was amazing and beautiful….we only used the bottom floor but the top was amazing as well….we could not get the fireplace to come on and even went to Walmart in Blue Ridge and bought new batteries to no avail…also the cabin could use a new toaster oven as the toaster oven would not close all the way so….we did not use all the dishes that I assuming were clean as the dishwasher was not emptied… the couple we used I washed and put away as I brought paper plates and utensils…the cabin was very accessible to a lot of things to do and was perfect time of year with all the leaves changing…ventured to the Twin Ruby Falls in Helen which was a fun day trip…I would highly recommend to a friend

The cabin was as I expected. During my stay many “insects” visited and or made their presence known. A scorpion showed up in the downstairs shower. That was new for me. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help me. Thank you, we had a great visit.

Firefly Cabin Feedback

Overall- great cabin fitting the description given. There were a few areas that could be improved upon: 1. Cleaning: there were cigarette butts in & around fire pit 2. Amenities: A.the cooking pans - they have aged & nonstick doesn't work...therefore new pans or provide Pam B. Flatware: not a full set of silverware (had to wash after each meal) C. Cups - not kid friendly D. salt/pepper make sense if you have a kitchen... 3. Wasp issue: when we arrived there were several dead wasps by front door-during our visit a few climbed out of sinks 4. Firewood: 3 pieces given... seems sparing considering we were there 3 nights vs. someone staying 1 night
