Overlook Oasis is a modern mountain vacation rental for up to 4 guests. Enjoy the backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains and lush wooded views, cozy up inside, relax with great outdoor amenities, and spend quality time with family and friends here.
In the morning, whip up breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen and have breakfast at the outdoor table. On cool mountain days, cozy up in front of the fireplace in the living room, read a book in the recliner, or just unwind and watch TV on the big screen – with cable TV. Browse the web via the Wi-Fi before heading outside for some fresh air.
Outside, soak in the bubbling hot tub on the deck, relax in the hammock, gather around the fire table for late-night chats, fire up the grill for barbecues, unwind in the rocking chairs, sway in the porch swing, and sip a drink at the high-top table. The firepit in the yard is great for s’mores, and the home also has keyless entry, gravel parking for 2, and a drive just about 10 – 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge attractions, restaurants, shops, and events!

The cabin was wonderful for a girls reading weekend! We chose this location for the many, many seating options, how comfy the seating looked, and the views. Every single thing exceeded expectations. The hot tub was in fantastic shape - you do definitely need 2 people for the cover though!My only recommendation is if you’re particular about your music, bring a speaker! There ARE speakers in the living room and by the hot tub, but they’re not Bluetooth compatible. That being said, it was kind of fun to play around with radio stations again! And there is still a Spotify option as well on the TV in the living room (neither of us used the TVs in the bedrooms). There is a Keurig that makes both the K-cup pods and a full pot of coffee. There were a few filters provided for the pot of coffee option, but heads up, no bean grinder. Personally I only used K-Cups, but my sister-in-law has gotten used to the one attached to the coffee machine she’s using now - so if you bring whole beans, just bring your own grinder :) The entire house was spotlessly clean, and the evening before check-out day, we received a clear communication on what the expectations were for departing. Sheets stripped and left on the bed, towels in the bath, and trash in the very conveniently located ridge box that just has a flip lock to ensure bears don’t get in. Also ideally done with 2 people - 1 to open the bin and 1 to throw the bag in, but it is very nicely a soft-close bin! I can’t wait to book again!

Communication with the host was proactive and responsive. The cabin was exactly as pictured and had a cozy living area. I had booked here previously and had to cancel and was glad to be able to book again. Location was just south of Blue Ridge and made everything an easy drive. The view off the back deck was fantastic!

Perfect mountain getaway. Read reviews, all the complaints are valid to a point. Remember everyone is not happy. I loved it. Check-in required a pic of credit card. First time thought it was a scam. Then threaten to lose your reservations if you don’t comply.Still had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Overlook Oasis! The home was so cozy. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. It was extremely clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. The view is unbelievable and porches were so relaxing. The host had very clear instructions and directions. The area is absolutely beautiful! Lots of things to do and great food close by. The drive up to the house is a narrow, steep, winding mountain road but we were aware of that before we arrived. We stayed for our anniversary and could not have asked for it to be anymore perfect. Still on cloud 9. Thank you so much for having us! We will definitely be back to Blue Ridge and would stay in this cabin again!

We enjoyed our stay here! The views are amazing! Definitely recommend all wheel drive! My only wish is that we could access the bottom balcony from the house itself. When using the hot tub, you have to take the stairs on either side of the balcony to go up to the top level to get back inside. In fall/spring it wouldn’t be too bad, but in the winter with the wind and cold is rough!

The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities we needed! Expect the grill was out of propane and we did bring food to grill. We called housekeeping to change it out and they would not come to fix it. They told us it was fine! Other than that our stay was nice and the view was worth it !

Nice get away
Definitely have to like driving up the mountain with sharp turns and steep ledges, but that was one of the best parts for my boys! Great stay for our family. Plus the back had an amazing view.

Cozy cabin getaway
This cabin is true to the photos, it’s very cozy and cute! Check in process was easy and non-invasive and the cabin was clean. As many others have noted, I do suggest driving a vehicle with 4 wheel drive as the road is curvy and steep at certain points. The mattress on the king-sized bed is very soft, some may like that, but I found the firmer mattress on the queen-sized bed more comfortable. The hot tub is a great amenity and was clean. Overall great stay!

Beautiful view and cabin
The cabin was awesome with great views we had a small hiccup getting in due to wifi being down. VRBO had us in, in just a few minutes. The master shower has been/or was leaking and has caused mildew. The master bedroom is a king bed but guest is a queen despite what the listing says. Hottub was great and enclosed but maybe needed a little extra cleaning/chlorine. The front outside lightbulbs needed to be replaced and the road is sketchy in a smaller car but we managed. Overall a good expierience. We would definitely rent this cabin again. We just wanted to be honest about our experience.

Cozy Cabin Christmas
We enjoyed our stay at this super cozy cabin! From relaxing in the recliners by the fire to the large comfy beds, this cabin was perfect for just the cozy cabin Christmas we were looking for! Loved the decorations and the tree was so festive! We enjoyed the hot tub one evening and loved having morning coffee on the porch! Watching the sunset each night was such a treat! The cabin has everything you need for a great stay! The drive up the mountain was a bit bumpy but not terrible. We would love to stay again!

My friend and I arrived in enough time to see the Friday sunset and the view was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to Serenity in the mountains spa. Perfect cabin for a small number of adults. Good proximity to Blue Ridge

The cabin looked just like the photos and was a good size for 2 people. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the video directions they sent helped us find it. The roads are very narrow and steep, but we didn't have any issues. We were able to use the fire pit and the hot tub and the view was amazing.

The location was beautiful- I loved the back porch and watching the sunsets. The living room and kitchen were great for casual dining and being cozy. The bed was comfy and the showers had great water pressure and HOT water! Not too far from town which was nice for eating out! We went to use the hot tub on the last night and could not for the life of us figure out how to work the lights- not sure if they’re broken or need directions but that should be addressed for future visitors. Also, the second bedroom is a queen bed NOT a king as stated. The main bedroom is still a king though. Overall I’d stay here again, I just think those couple updates would make it more accurate and useful :)

Quiet Weekend Getaway
Cabin is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and I don’t even have to mention how nice the view is - just look at these pictures! We spent the majority of our time relaxing on the back deck which had multiple swings, rockers, and various chairs. The cabin had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to leave for anything. The drive in is a curvy, gravel road (because you’re going to the top of a residential mountain so duh) but we both easily made it in 2 Honda sedans. We really enjoyed our stay here and will certainly be back.

Very nice cabin in a peaceful location, with mountain views in the distance. Very convenient to Blue Ridge or Ellijay. The road to the cabin is steep and very rough in some places, but manageable even for smaller SUV's I saw passing by the property.

The only things I would mention was the fire pit outside was not working due to no propane and also no full body mirrors just the small ones in the bathrooms. And also it’s a queen bed and a king, listing says 2 kings. The jacuzzi lights also didn’t work. Overall the house was clean, and the views were amazing!! Also decorated so cute for Christmas 🎄

The property is nice and in a good location near Blue Ridge. Our biggest issue was the road getting to the property. The gravel road is very narrow with large ruts and potholes. Just be prepared, we were not expecting it. The only warning was you need 4 wheel drive in the winter.

Very beautiful cabin and wonderful views, but the road up was definitely harder to navigate and washed out in a few places. Wasn’t aware that the propane fireplace on the porch was not usable for most months, but I may have missed that in the description.

The property was good. Good views. The listing showed 2 king beds, however only one king and the second one was a queen. The access road is absolutely terrible.

Overlook Oasis
We have stayed at this cabin serveral times and this time the toilet was stopped up and the towels were wet and bath mat. We reported the latch on the storm door was messed up the time before (two years ago). The ligth switch were the hot tub was turned off didnt know were it was. For the price of the cabin should have received a little break on price.
