This place is perfect. It’s not too far off the main highway. There’s plenty of yard for the kids to play in. Has a fire pit at the river just a few steps away. Only negative thing is the cell service was limited and WIFI was in and out our whole stay. This did not affect our stay at all but if you have to have internet this may not be the place for you
