The great room makes an immediate impression with soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed dark beams, and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace that keeps the space warm and welcoming. White shiplap walls and arched windows give it a bright, mountain-modern feel, while the hardwood floors, gray sofa, and leather armchairs make it easy to settle in. A flat-screen TV rounds out the living space for those quieter evenings indoors. The open kitchen and dining area flow naturally from the living room, outfitted with white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and French door refrigerator, and a round dining table for six.

Three bedrooms with 4 queen beds sleep up to 8 guests. The main-level primary bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own flat-screen TV, while the two loft bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed, angled ceilings with exposed beams, and individual mini-split systems. All three are finished in the same clean white shiplap and natural wood that carries throughout the home. Two bathrooms — each with a walk-in shower and granite vanity — serve the group comfortably, and a loft workspace with a desk and chair is tucked into the upper level for anyone who needs it.

Outside, two distinct spaces invite you to slow down and enjoy the mountain air. The long covered front porch runs the length of the home and is lined with rocking chairs, while the screened back porch does double-duty as an outdoor living room and spa — complete with a hot tub, wicker seating, an outdoor dining table, string lights, and a wooden cooler to keep drinks cold. The surrounding trees wrap the property in shade and quiet.
