Beautiful home in a very peaceful area. We could not believe how quiet it was. We got to see a wolf down in the bottom woods one day, an owl flying through the woods, and a doe and fawn eating at the lower part of the yard.Spacious home, great for couples or families with older children. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the porches. A nice theater room on the lower level.Very well stocked kitchen with all of the essentials and even nice cookware and dishes. All of the comforts of home.We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Cabin was nicely decorated and very clean. Cabin had everything you could think of and more. You definitely need an SUV on the mountain road to the cabin, but, we were prepared. Hot tub was wonderful. Definitely would recommend.

We had an amazing time. A favorite was The movie room surround sound was fantastic for movies! Another favorite was the porches the swing day bed was wonderful to read and nap on. The hot tub was awesome for aching joints and the outside fireplace in the morning with a cup of coffee! Very quiet and relaxing. We hope to come back at another time. We have visited this cabin the past three years & it's one of our favorite places to get away to!

this was a welcome setting to relax and reset. plenty to occupy oneself on the property. kids enjoyed playing chess while the parents imbibed coffee or other beverages on one of the three levels of thoughtfully screened back porch. just fantastic. easy to get to many diverse diversions in the nearby area

Beautiful house in a quiet area. My dogs and I spent the first half of the trip by ourselves, and loved lounging on the screen porch. My childhood friend came up partway through and we loved exploring the nearby orchards and downtown areas. Gorgeous part of Georgia and the house was perfection. Thank you!

I love my stay in this cabin. Everything was amazing. The cabin, the view, the area. The road in the mountain was a bit of an adventure but it just added to the experience. Five stars.

Everything was lovely and my family if 6 enjoyed our stay the week of Christmas. Everything was provided including a Christmas tree and stockings by the chimney!

Unbelievable property with all of the special added touches to make it special!!! Perfect for family or 3 couples. Great for game day weekends in the theater room. Wonderful view, awesome decks with hot tub, cleaner than anywhere Ive ever stayed and close to Blue Ridge. Absolutely perfect weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pursuit of Happiness! They had everything you could need and more. We had a family emergency and needed to change our vacation dates and they accommodated it with no questions asked. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the size of the kitchen. It was much smaller than expected. Nothing major, just something to consider if your traveling with a large group that likes to cook! We would definitely return!!

We absolutely loved the cabin and the area. Our family enjoyed our stay there very much.

This little getaway was just what we needed, this place is fantastic and so relaxing. My husband and I will definitely be back to this place. Our pup loved just laying on the porch and I loved the porch swing for naps.

Such a peaceful and private cabin that overlooks the Blue Ridge Mountains. Wake up every morning and sit outside reading a book or just drinking coffee and observing nature. Plenty of wildlife in the back yard from White Tail deer to big cats. The owners have the cabin packed of anything and everything you can think of or will need. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

Very clean property that was very well appointed. Three couples stayed at the properly and all were amazed at location and the nice touches. The only complaint would be the size of the kitchen. It was very small and really could be only be occupied by a single cook.

The cabin was wonderful! The kitchen had extra condiments that I had forgotten so that was great! Very secluded but only 20-25 minutes from Blue Ridge. Very clean and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin with everything we needed and/or wanted! Very cozy and inviting. Loved our views from the wrap around porch and our kids enjoyed the hot tub and movie room.

This is a great place to stay if you are bringing your pup. We really enjoyed the fact that the front porch was gated, as well as the two back decks were screened in and safe for our dog to roam around and not run off. The only thing that would have made our dog's stay better would be a patch of grass. She's a bit of a diva, so using the bathroom in rocks was a little challenging. The drive in is a little scary, so definitely drive an SUV or truck. The fact that each floor of the cabin had a living space to lay around was fantastic. We especially loved the downstairs TV room. The bedrooms were plenty spacious for us. The brand new hot tub was great! And don't be surprised by the green water-- that's normal well water. They provide all the K-cups you could need for a great cup of coffee. These owners thought of practically everything. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Everything about this cabin was perfect for our annual family Blue Ridge trip! Loved it!

The property was excellent! Fully stocked, very comfortable, and gorgeous. The area was great, very quiet and neighbors were very friendly. Have no complains at all! Had the most amazing time and to top it off it snowed on Xmas eve! The best vaca ever in the most amazing cabin. Will definitely be back!!!

The owners of this wonderful cabin have thought of everything! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many cabins throughout the years, but this one is definitely the best one yet!

I don’t know if it was the hosts or someone else who designed the cabin itself, as well as the decor, but whoever it was, obviously crept in my mind and put every picture, blanket and piece of furniture I would have chosen myself if it were my cabin. This place was so cozy and so well thought out that I wanted to call the cabin the week after we left and tell whoever was there renting it that they needed to get out. They were trespassing in my cabin 🤣! While every room was beautifully designed, I never wanted to leave the comfort of the porch, so I didn’t. Seriously, I’m still there 🤣!

Great cabin. Owners have really done a wonderful job to make it feel inviting. Incredibly maintained and well equipped in case you forgot something. We'll be back!

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin is very large and extremely well equipped! We loved all of the porches and the theater room! We were about 20 min from town but we didn’t mind-we loved feeling secluded! My only negative if I have to pick one was having to go get the key and then drop it off as it was about 20 min out of our way...it really wasn’t that big of a deal but other properties have had lock boxes which just make it a tad bit easier! Again it definitely didn’t hurt our experience it was excellent! The hosts have thought of everything!

We had a terrific time staying at the house. The home theater room got a lot of use. We really enjoyed all of the decks and nice walk around the circle. Great area as well. Blue Ridge is a great little town and lots of great fly fishing streams relatively close as well. Hope to stay in this comfy home again sometime.

Very easy to rent, relax and enjoy

The cabin was incredible. I've been going to the mountains for years and I've never had a cabin so well stocked with towels, dishes, water, coffee and wood. Wish there was another way to check in to get the key instead of having to go to the rental site. It was out of our way to get there and then back track to get to the cabin.

3 generations under one beautiful roof made for a very special retreat from the summer heat. This property has something for everyone from the beautiful theatre room to the owls nest. Every room and every floor has stunning views and cozy furnishings. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group!

The cabin was clean and very well stocked with everything you would need. We had a great time in the hot tub and they also have an amazing movie room with tons of movies to choose from. Another favorite was all of the porches. We loved sitting out on them in the mornings and looking out at the mountains. I will say that it was a bit of a scary drive getting up and down the mountain in a 12 passenger van, but any other car should be fine! Also, if you're planing on cooking with a lot of people beware that the kitchen is not very spacious, but it worked fine for the 8 of us. Also, if you stay here, keep in mind that the neighbors do not appreciate it if you drive the opposite way through the loop. We were not aware that the road loops around, and one of the residents was slightly upset that we went the opposite way back down since it damages their road.

There was more than enough room for our family of six. The bottom floor bedroom and media room was a perfect teen spot. The back porch was perfect for all of us. Our pup loved being able to roam on the gated in wrap around porch. The only change I would recommend is adding some light in the main floor bedroom. A standing lamp or light on the dresser would help tremendously. Other than that, everything was just what we needed.

Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated cabin on a nice private road with mountain views. The cabin is super comfortable, roomy, and well supplied with linens, kitchen stuff, and even firewood. We had a couple of fires while we were there; it was great to get out of hot tub and then spend the rest of the evening warming up by the fireplace. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back and spend another great weekend.

Nice and well appointed cabin to entertain the family for Thanksgiving. Three great sized rooms which accommodated everyone with king size beds in each. The entertainment room was top notch with high quality audio and video. The only minor drawbacks were the size of the kitchen (small) and enough hot water. Plan on small meals, not Thanksgiving dinner, and a 30 minute wait time between showers. All in all, a great location and beautiful cabin.

This cabin had lots of room, a fantastic media room, hot rub, two fireplaces and so much more. It was a great place to get away and enjoy the quiet of the mountains for the weekend. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of blankets for the cool fall nights. We loved it and would definitely go back!

The beds were all so comfortable, there is a very comfy chair that I took a couple naps in the great room on, the "bed swing" as my children referred to it on the main floor was so nice, the hot tub was awesome, the bottles of water provided were a lifesaver, and we had some cozy fires in the fireplace! The lighting throughout the house was wonderful, the bathrooms all were well stocked with towels and wash cloths, and there were nice throw blankets throughout the house for added coziness. The view from the house was just what I needed - so beautiful and good for my soul. We were there the first weekend of November and the leaves on the trees were breathtakingly gorgeous! Our family also enjoyed taking a walk around the circle - it was a nice walk and the perfect "hike" with 3 little kids. I was worried that since it was a pet friendly property that it would smell like dogs, but it did not! The house had a great smell to it and I am picky about smells. Thank you to the owners for opening your home to our family for the weekend. It was a nice way to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and a convenient drive to downtown Blue Ridge where we took the kids to a park and ate lunch one day and dinner the next. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway!

The furnishings were of great quality and the owners keep it very well stocked with lots of extras you don't normally find in a rental cabin. Great screen porches surrounded by trees, great movie viewing room, games for the kids, hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Things that would make it even better...The seating area in front of the outdoor fireplace is small, really only enough room for two people. It would have been nice to have some seating on the bottom level screen porch. It was bare except for the hot tub. Wifi is a little slow. We like watching movies off netflix and the picture quality suffered a bit. The only real negative for us was the cleaning service. The cabin was not ready when we arrived. Granted, we were 15 minutes early, check in was 4 pm, we arrived at 3:45 and there was still a lot of cleaning left to be done. The maid said she had arrived late. We left to go eat dinner so the maid could finish up, and we returned around 6:30pm. During our stay we found lots of pet hair on the rugs, a lot food crumbs and nuts on the loft floor, used tissues on the porch, and the hot tub cover was very dirty. Overall though, we would stay here again because of the quality of the cabin. The owners have done an excellent job making it cozy and inviting. There are some friendly neighbors living in the next door cabin too.

Since we had used this rental company in the past and had good experiences we were able to locate a place that met our needs. For a rental this home had very nice, comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed a wood fire in the indoor fireplace. It also has a fireplace on the deck but we didn't use that.... but maybe another time. The mountain view was wonderful. It was secluded which was excellent! The only suggestion I would have is a manual specific for that cabin which includes the wifi pass word and particulars about appliances and expectations for check out. One was given to us by the office but it was a more general outline. We had a great time!! Thanks for allowing us to rent your lovely cabin.

Too expensive for location.

We travel to the Georgia mountains every year for almost 40 years. This was our first time using this organization. When we arrived the cabin had not been serviced. After driving all day from Florida this was disappointing. A member of the staff arrived that same night and did take care of the minimal items. She was very nice and apologetic. She said during the busy month of October often they have two cabins to service. I would strongly encourage the management to ensure sufficient time for the staff to care for the cabins. The cabin itself was lovely and had many of the amenities with which we are accustomed. Very generous with the firewood which was a blessing. An ax would have helped for the large pieces. It was wonderful just having one remote control for the television as usually there are several. We appreciated the very patriotic theme with which the cabin was decorated. God bless the USA.
