Very beautiful cabin. Well maintained and a great location. Ran out of hot water...lol

It had everything we needed to relax and have a good time

Well appointed and comfortable. The porch would be wonderful in spring or summer as it’s a huge outdoor space. It was too cold for us to use even with the fire pit on our stay. We enjoyed the fireplace inside. The lay out inside is excellent for hanging out. The pool table was a bonus and the hot tub was clean. The oven wasn’t the best but it’s functional, it just takes longer to cook.

The cabin was really beautiful, very clean, had everything that you may need to enjoy your vacation ❤️ We absolutely loved everything!

This is our 2nd year of hopefully many staying here. My wife and I love the seclusion and privacy of this cabin. No one in view. Fabulous outdoor space, roomy yet cozy cabin. Everything is so clearly labeled and instructions are clear. 4x4 definitely recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Really great place to spend a weekend, plenty of space, and even though there was a big storm that weekend, we were still able to chill in the hot tub and hang out around the fire pit since they're covered 🥳

I'll start with the only negative. The drive in is a bit rough. 4WD highly recommended. We drove our 2WD small suv and there was one section that took us 3 attempts to get up. Also, it's so secluded that none of the pizza places deliver here. The positives, once you make it to the cabin you will love it! Very private, lots of outdoor space to enjoy. The covered area where the fire pit and grill are is excellent. Hot tub area is perfect. Lots of space inside with a bedroom on the main level, one up and one down. Has a pool table but not really useable because of being warped and out of level. Plenty of clearly marked instructions for everything. Very comfy and cozy and having gas logs is a plus! Would definitely stay here again, will just drive a different vehicle next time. Great set up for multiple couples or a family as well!

For starters the booking and check in experience with the staff was very simple with easy to follow instructions. Debbie with the office was also super helpful with any questions I might have had. The cabin itself was a great size with bedrooms on multiple floors which made for great sleeping arrangements for different couples. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we could have needed for cooking as far and utensils and pots/pans. Strong WiFi and tv options with Roku which was great for being up a mountain. Loved all of the outdoor patios on multiplie levels, and the hot tub was amazing! Now to name the very few things I’d say weren’t perfect. The pool table which I was supper excited about is not at all level and it wobbles so really tough to play. The creek is great just a bit of a hike and a steep one at that. The floors and walls seem thin and you can heat lots of movement from people in other floors at night. (Possibly to be expected for a cabin). Not the best as far as views go from any of the balconies. All in all if you’re looking for a great cozy and secluded getaway with friends or family this place is great and located guide close to all that Blue Ridge has to offer. I would stay here again....just fix that pool table ;)

Fantastic cabin for our family, including grandchildren. It was decorated for Christmas and felt warm and homey. Plenty of room for 7 of us, including grands. Kids loved the loft bed and jet tub in the master. Big table for early Christmas meal. Great room was relaxing, we enjoyed Christmas tunes and classical Christmas movies. Took advantage of being so close to town, enjoyed lunch, Scenic Blue Ridge Railway, visited Santa and toured the town. Perfect weekend in so many ways. Thanks for a wonderful stay and blessed weekend!

The creek was further away than anticipated & treacherous to get to. Skillets were beyond using but everything else we needed was there! We had a fun time!

Enjoyed exploring with our Aussie Cattle Dog, but neighbor dog is NOT friendly, limiting our time outside.Cabin itself is perfectly accommodating and equipped, immaculate, and lacked for nothing! GREAT deal for secluded, quiet vacation! Dog friendly and would highly recommend!

Property is the last one on the road so it’s extremely secluded and quiet. Great for a relaxing weekend.

I loved the layout of this cabin, the kitchen was a good size and has been upgraded which made making meals a breeze, there are several comfortable choices to hang out or to eat so you don’t feel trapped. The shade from all the trees kept the property and house very cool. Would definitely visit again.

This is a great cabin to relax in. The road is a little bumpy getting to the cabin but nothing to bad we made it in a mini van. The walk to the creek was a bit longer than expected,down a steep hill to the creek. But I will say this is the nicest and cleanest cabin we ever stayed in,would love to come back.

Overall very nice. Low riding cars would have trouble with gravel road and stairs to basement a bit steep . Very secluded and there was plenty of room for five adults and a baby. Nice decks for rocking and enjoying nature. Deer ran through yard.

When I chose Blue Ridge, GA as our destination, I was hopefully optimistic but realistically skeptical that selecting an unfamiliar location might be disappointing for everyone. The first night we drove along the main road to the K-6, a bumpy, narrow, off-the-beaten-path, gravel, stomach-soaring adventure immediately put me on the defense until I arrived at K-6. This hidden gem of a cabin lived up to the hype. The private, wrap around porches provide infinite outdoor entertaining options. You can enjoy a memorable sunrise or sunset without interruption of neighboring cabins. The layout comfortably accommodates 6 adults with split floors for those moments when couples or individuals might need some alone time. Whether you're introverted or extroverted or anywhere between, you'll enjoy the numerous spaces to get lost in a book, nature, or daydream.

We're really picky when locating the right cabin to spend our Christmas at. Everything about this cabin was top notch! Location, amenities, plenty of room; great layout. The kitchen was well equipped, The 2 master beds were SUPER COMFY, the 2 beds up in the loft, not so much. We loved all the covered areas, the screened porch & the real wood-burning fireplace. The real fireplace was such a treat, they are few & far between in cabin rentals. We ran out of wood, made a call to office, & we had more wood that afternoon! We would love to rent this cabin again for our Christmas holiday, however our tradition is to stay in a different cabin, different locale each year. And finally, this cabin was immaculate! The cleanest we have ever rented which is the most important to our family!

There were plenty of comfortable beds, and the pool table was a nice touch. The gas grill did not work but I think it was just an empty propane tank, we did not follow up because our stay was so brief. The roads are narrow and gravel when you get close to the cabin but GPS took us right to it. The management company is very responsive, and I recommend calling them for check-in instructions because VRBO is not good about providing those.

The cabin was nicely furnished. Even though it was frigid that weekend, we all enjoyed taking shifts spending time in the outside hot tub!! The only minor issue was that the basement was hard to keep warm and there was no door to keep the rising warmth down there. The girls added some blankets and slept better the second night. Also, if you are considering bringing small children or anyone who is a little unsteady, there is no railing on the steep side of the stairs going to the basement. It could be easy to tumble off. Fortunately, our baby can't even crawl yet so we were just fine.

We booked this one because we were in town for a family wedding and this cabin had all the beds and baths we needed. We also needed a minimum amount of steps because of an elderly family member who could not do many steps. The directions provided were good. It would have been nice to have a map showing their vacation rental sites prior to booking as we had family members spread out in several locations.This cabin is 15 minutes northwest of Blue Ridge. The wedding venue was approx. 35 minutes from our location. The restaurant we gathered at (Taccoa Riverside Restaurant) was approx. 35-40 minutes away.

Reviewer Comments: Cabin was great, there are a few things that needs to be addressed, a lot of the bath towels and cloths needs to be replaced, they had a mildew smell, also the deadbolt lock on the entrance needs to be fixed, you can lock it from the inside but can't from the outside. The screens on the porch needs to be fixed, we had pets and there were huge holes.., the steps needs railings on both sides for people with medical issues, my family member can't use his right hand and walks with a limp due to a stroke, it was fine for him to go up the stairs on the steps with the one rail only, but coming down the steps was a real challenge.... This issue was reported last year as well. On the gas grill, the right side burner didn't work at all, only the left side....just wanted to report these minor issues.... We look forward to coming back for our 7th year next year!

The property manager was as best as they come, very helpful and friendly and even offered me some breakfast on my departure! Can't wait to visit this property again in 2014!

It was located in a beautifully wooded area with plenty of space for our dog to walk around and our car to be securely parked. The inside of the cabin was exactly what was expected from the pictures located on line. Plenty of room for the family.... quiet and peaceful. And, the cabin was close to town, hiking trails, horseback riding, zip lining,rafting, and many more activities. We will definitely book again.

We have stayed there before; however, the outside areas were very filthy and still covered with pollen and spiderwebs. We had to purchase a new grate for the grill because it was not useable. (We left the old one since we have a grill the same size at home.) Otherwise, we had an AWESOME time as a family. I would definately rent from your company again, but most likely will look at your other cabins.

I asked when i reserved the cabin if that was the issue and they assured me that this cabin was at the bottom of a mountain and we wouldn't have to drive up and down windy roads to get places. Also, when we checked into the cabin there were no trash bags which was incovienent. but over all we enjoyed our stay thank you.

You will need to take 2 single lane dirt roads to get to the cabin so be prepared. The cabin is located at the end of the road and there are no other cabins in view. The back porch has the most beautiful view of the forest. We rented the cabin with 2 other couples. This worked out great since each of the 3 bedrooms and their adjoining baths are on 3 separate levels. A perfect weekend getaway, next time we will stay longer.

It was definitely worth the trip. It's a big cabin with plenty of room to relax. Be sure to hike down the hill to the creek or walk the country roads. It's so secluded and peaceful up there you won't want to leave. We're looking forward to a spring/summer trip next year.

I know it's not a hotel but it would have been nice to have a map of the general area to include hiking trails, fishing holes etc. It was a clean cabin but the beds were hard, need to be updated. There was too much chlorine/chemicals on the hot tub. Check-out time needs to be at least 12N, since the check-in time was at 4PM. Overall, it was a great experience for urbanites like us!

Also, the vacuum cleaner does not work.

We enjoyed staying in for 3 days. The place was clean. The dogs loved it too. Only thing I wish they made was a safety gate on the other end of the porch area where the fire pit was. There was only the entrance totally screened in. Then it would definitely be dog friendly. Also the creek wasn’t there. Dried up so we didn’t see any running water flowing through. Other than that, the place was so quiet, was secluded from the rest and that I like. More R&R for us. Was very cozy place! The place was ez to find and downtown Blue ridge and Mercier orchards was about 15-20 mins away.
