Holly Berry Hill (HBH) is a family owned, newly built modern rustic cabin getaway in the north Georgia
woods. Everything you need to truly relax is in our cabin, and we look forward to sharing our HBH cabin
with you! It is our second home, and as we both work from home, we spend many weeks at a time in
the cabin using all the amenities ourselves! The roads to the cabin are well paved, easy access and just
ten minutes to our favorite Ingle’s market! All the creature comforts have been addressed and we have
paid close attention to all the details you’d expect in a luxury cabin rental. HBH sits on pristine property
surrounded by holly berry trees and bushes and a long babbling brook boarding the side and back of the
property which leads down to the lake. A step over the brook and you can meander down the access
path for a quick peaceful walk through a forest of trees.

Please note: the property to the left and the right on the access road (easement corridor) is private
property, we ask that you respect our neighbors land and private docks and absolutely DO NOT walk on
private property and DO NOT use the private docks. You can launch your kayak or bring fishing poles or
paddle boards down to the water to enjoy beautiful Lake Nottely from the public corridor area only.

As you access the road to HBH, you find the further you go, the less cabins you see. You will be pleased
when you step out of your car and hear the birds, and the quiet of the woods with no cabins to the right,
in front or in the back and the nearest cabin a way off and one that you can’t see in the in the summer
months. We welcome you to relax and enjoy the Georgia mountain air at Holly Berry Hill. This cozy
cabin will also inspire you to take part in everything that encompasses the spirit of the area. This cabin is
located just 25 minutes north of downtown Blue Ridge, where you will find plenty of outside activities
and adventures for the entire family to enjoy. Take a day to explore Vogel State Park, 20 minutes away,
or rent a boat, jet ski or pontoon boat at one of the two local marinas just 10 minutes away. 600 yards
out the back of our cabin you can kayak, swim, and fish for hours. Exceptional views can be experienced
from the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway or treetop canopy adventure, or enjoy berry and apple picking at
Mercier Orchards. Fall in love with the mountain towns all around us and revive your spirit in the crisp,
clean North Georgia mountain air.

As you walk through the front door, you will be impressed with the clean, new features with all the
amenities that you’d expect. The beautiful kitchen complete with stunning “leather finished granite”
and perfectly appointed with all the tools to prepare the most difficult meal or something simpler with
our multi-use convection/microwave/air-fryer. You’ll enjoy brand new everything: dishes, glasses, pots,
pans, gorgeous plates, serving bowls, platters, slow cooker, panini maker, mixer and coffee maker. In
addition to the newness of our cabin, you’ll find beautifully and tastefully decorated with new furniture,
including the owners favorite Amish table and chairs, and beautiful handmade wine and whiskey barrel
nightstands and swivel stools in the kitchen. All brand-new mattresses and king beds with under side
pull out drawers in all rooms, luxury lines and towels, brand new large flat panel smart TVs in every
room, complete with Netflix, HBO, Disney Channel, YouTube TV (for all you sport fans) and every room
has a DVD/Blue Ray player and ceiling fans. The dining area has enough seating for a crowd and most
lighting is on a dimmer for ambiance. In our living room, the comfortable padded custom rockers swivel
and rock, and are joined with a comfy couch with ottoman, and oversized chair. A flick of a button turns
on the large, gas fireplace to enjoy the cool Georgia nights.

HBH has many modern amenities including high speed internet. 75 MPBS for those executives or
families who may need to browse or work but want a getaway place to conduct business. USB charging
ports on every bed. Looking for great cell service? We have verified Verizon and AT&T, and note T-
Mobile service would be Wi-Fi.

Once you settle in, it won’t take you long to see some other creature comforts of HBH. The main
bedroom is on the first floor, complete with a desk, bench, and an extra-large walk-in closet complete
with luggage racks, and a large dog crate if you need it, a full length “barn door” custom mirror and
we’ve put hooks everywhere for easy breezy comfort, no folding your clothes on vacation! Open your
master bedroom windows at night and enjoy the romantic view of the large wood burning fireplace on
the covered screened deck while enjoying your last glass of wine, or step right out from the main
bedroom onto the 800 square foot screened deck and sit by the wood burning fireplace, watch your
favorite show on a brand new flat screen TV complete with all the channels, seating for 6 around the
fireplace, or sit on the ten foot built in bench and see the lake out the back.

Enjoy off the main room deck our new “hot tub time machine” round hot tub, surrounded with places to
place your drink and hooks to hang your towels and robe! Need some privacy? Close the curtains on
the covered deck! Finish the night off in our master bath with an oversized luxury shower with glass
doors, lighted rainfall shower and double shower heads and seat. Step out of the shower onto soft
white faux fur rugs and enjoy the large double sink vanity, with superb lighting.

A walk down the hall and you’ll pass a full bath, complete with faux rugs and herringbone tile, granite
tops and a full extra-large tub for soaking your cares away. A few steps from the full bath is the laundry
room, with brand new washer and dryer, big enough to put a king comforter in! The downstairs guest
room has cathedral ceilings, as does the enormous upstairs bedroom with on suite bath! Large bench,
hooks for hanging, desk, loveseat, and smart TV’s with all the bells and whistles mentioned above.
It won’t take you long to settle in and enjoy the large screened in deck dining area off the living room
and casual seating for six, while you grill your favorite meal! Two additional outside rockers for your
enjoyment. Because we have dogs, we’ve decided to offer our cabin to allow pets. We’ve made it
convenient for guests to bring their family dog (maximum of 2 dogs) with our large porch screened in for
your dog to get fresh air, a crate on site should you need it, and a large side yard to play fetch (we kindly
ask as a courtesy to all our guests, that you please clean up after your pet). Or, for some outdoor fun,
enjoy the enormous firepit and nearby deck covered picnic table while listening to the babbling brook
on the property. Definitely, a spot where memories will be made. We know, no matter where you
decide to relax, eat, sleep, or play, that you’ll be enjoying the peaceful Georgia mountain scenery
surrounding this incredible cabin.

This is a beautiful cabin. We spent almost our entire stay outside on the screened in porch0-complete with tv, hot tub and fireplace. The place was clean and beautifully decorated.
