Cabin is just a described beautiful, Jenny was quick to respond to any questions and followed up on Wed to see if we needed anything. No steps to stream that runs behind the cabin, very steep to access. We will return again

Spent a weekend with friends at this cabin and it was great, plenty of rooms and space for everyone, close to great places to visit like Mercier orchard.

Nice stay. Downstairs smelled like mildew and the bathrooms had some mildew, otherwise everything was good. Good location.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great cabin, not to far off main roads & easy Check-in. Loved the long patios & nice view of the water in the back. We had a great time with the hot tub and was extremely thankful for the number of pots & pans provided in the kitchen which is rare (we traveled as a group and cooked several meals each day). I would definitely recommend for couples trips & large families.

Great place to stay!!

Great location and lots of space

We had a wonderful time at this property. It’s close to Blue Ridge and also McCaysville and within 15 mins of some hiking trails. The cabin was very spacious and allowed areas for the adults to relax while the kids entertained themselves in the game room. The hot tub was great and it was nice overlooking the creek while soaking. We were very pleased with everything, and the communication with the property managers was awesome!

Fun Family Vacation

Property was beautiful! The creek was nice to fish in, but no luck catching anything. Fire pit area was very nice to sit around while making s’mores! Beds were all pretty nice. Stove in the kitchen on main floor doesn’t turn down low enough and food kept burning from cooking to quick, as well as only one burner would turn on.No trash bags were left for us to use except the one that was in the can. Overall very happy with property and would definitely come to again! Oh and the QR code to scan when arriving did not work so no idea what was on there.

Very nice cabin in a newer neighborhood. House is in excellent condition. The streets are not paved which was unexpected. I was glad we had an all wheel drive car. Service was very responsive to requests for help. The beds were on the firm side but in good condition.

We had a great time at the cabin! It was very clean and for the most part as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the master bedrooms bed was soooo comfortable. There were some not so great things such as every other bed being very, very loud upon entering/exiting as well as not really being comfortable in general. The downstairs bathroom has a very large gap in the top of the door so there’s little to no privacy. The upstairs guest bathroom is fine however the shower is very dark and creepy when you’re in it especially at night. The hardest part of the trip was the initial arrival. There is ongoing construction that has clearly been going for quite some time and the directions did not state this. We ended up arriving an hour past check in because of being lost even though we followed the written directions and online maps. Smaller things like the cups being very dirty, no response when asked about parking prior to arrival & the wifi being the only source of service out there weren’t a problem but noticeable. The main issue was that we came here expecting water access as shown in the property photos but the those we could do was overlook the water. There is a huge 2-4 foot drop from the bank to the water on top of the intense incline of the steep hill leading down to the bank. There is so much dirt it turns to mud with any rain making it dangerous once you get down the stairs of the house. All in all a good trip but would not book again. Thank you

Overall the property was good but there were a few issues. The beds were not comfortable at all and the box springs need to be replace or removed as they were extremely noisy, in fact one of the beds had a plastic bag around the mattress and no one could sleep on it. There were about 40 to 50 finishing nails laying on the lower back porch and the deck where the grill is located needs to be replaced as the wood is starting to rot. Overall we made do and if these items are corrected this will make a good place for a large family or two families.

We regret that we were not made aware of these problems while you were at the property; if we had known, we would have addressed them immediately. The deck and grill area have already been flagged for repairs, and we are reviewing the beds to ensure they are comfortable for future guests. It’s disheartening to hear that these issues affected what could have been a seamless family experience. Your feedback is invaluable as we work to improve the property. We deeply regret that this was your experience and are truly sorry it impacted your visit.

Dirty and falling apart

November stay: Trash left at fire pit, no blankets provided - only bedspreads, minimal soaps and trash bags, 1 roll of the cheapest paper towel known to man, kitchen cabinet falling apart, dehumidifier was full and moldy upon arrival - we had to empty and scour it, hall bath shower stall full of mold, uneven floors throughout upper level squeaked loudly - not great for sleeping, front bedroom had no window coverings - had to use the only extra blanket we could find to cover the window so kids could sleep. Trash bins almost full upon arrival with no trash pickup throughout the week. Holes in porch screens. Owners don’t seem to care about the place. Reached out to management about the cabinet and sent pictures, received no response. 2 kids said they didn’t want to stay there and found another place. Paid $3,500 for 5 days at Thanksgiving. Would have preferred to pay for 5 hotel rooms. Won’t stay there again.
