Blue Ridge Cabin Rental Amenities

What’s Provided by A Blue Ridge Vacation + Insider Tips

A Blue Ridge Vacation cabin rentals and vacation home rentals are individually owned, so each offers different amenities. Our North Georgia vacation rentals are located in the Blue Ridge area. Most are in Fannin County, and a few are in nearby Polk County.

To see what each log cabin or Blue Ridge Mountain vacation rental features, you’ll need to look at its vacation rental page — with exterior and interior photos, a full description, and details about the view. You can also check availability online in real time.

Happy Stays App + Information Book

After booking your Blue Ridge cabin, you’ll receive access to the Happy Stays app that details everything you need to know about your property. Plus, many of our North Georgia cabin rentals and vacation homes also have an information book inside the property. Please take time to read it upon your arrival.

Starter Kit + Linens + Towels

We provide a starter amount of toiletries, dish soap, etc. as well as ALL linens and 1 towel set — including 1 body towel and 1 washcloth — per guest. All you need to bring is clothing, personal items, and extra towels if you don’t plan to do laundry.

A/C + Washer/Dryer

All of the cabins for rent with A Blue Ridge Vacation have air conditioning and are heated. Plus, every Blue Ridge cabin rental features its own washer and dryer for added convenience. Bring your own detergent, fabric softener, and dryer balls or sheets.

Full Kitchen + Local Eats

Every North Georgia cabin with A Blue Ridge Vacation has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences of home. There are several grocery stores close to all our cabins and vacation homes for rent, such as Ingles, Food Lion, and Walmart. There are also many fast food restaurants as well as favorite local eateries.

Fireplaces

Each cabin and vacation house for rent in Blue Ridge has either a wood-burning or gas-log fireplace. Firewood is not provided but can be requested for an additional fee. Please do not use anything flammable that’s not intended for fireplaces as this is very dangerous and can result in losing your deposit and taking responsibility for any and all damages. Fireplaces are only operable from Labor Day through March. Starting on April 1, gas fireplaces are turned off completely, and wood-burning fireplaces are prohibited from use.

TV Entertainment

All A Blue Ridge Vacation cabins and house rentals are equipped with either satellite TV or cable service. While channel packages vary by rental, all vacation properties have 4 main networks — ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX. Though pay-per-view movies are unavailable, there are several movie rental stores in town. Some cabins may have multiple TV viewing areas with additional DVD players or DVD/VCR combos.

Inclement Weather

One can never predict the weather in the North Georgia Mountains. Generally, the months of January and February may produce inclement weather with possible snow and ice. We recommend checking the weather well before travel to prepare properly and highly encourage using a vehicle with 4-wheel drive. Refunds are not issued for inclement weather.

Mountain Roads

Most roads to our Blue Ridge cabins or vacation homes in North Georgia are gravel, with the exception of a few, and are well maintained. Regardless, we recommend caution while driving as with any road. A Blue Ridge Vacation will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur. We can provide a towing company’s phone number if needed.
