Bar 5 Cabin

Loved everything about this property and the communication between the management and the maintenance staff. Downstairs mattress needs an upgrade but other than that, perfection.

Very attentive host and the place was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We were advised in advance of what we should bring so that made a world of difference. We all enjoyed the relaxation and quiet surroundings. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. It met all of our needs!

We celebrated our 45th anniversary with family and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the hot tub, the colors of the trees, the cabin, the games, and the weather, which wasn't too cold.

My husband and I (and our dog) had a great time at Bar 5 Cabin. It was quiet, peaceful and clean.. we felt right at home! We got to enjoy nearby hikes and little roadside stores. There is also plenty to do at the cabin if you want to just stay and hang out. We enjoyed a rainy day playing pool, darts, pac-man and also LOVED the outdoor living area with wood burning fireplace. There is plenty of room for a larger group of people, with plenty of things to do to keep everyone busy & entertained!

A great cabin for family - spacious, lots of activities, very pretty. Jenny was super responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

Cabin was amazing! Well equipped, fireplace, sitting areas and bedrooms were great! Our time there was so relaxing and peaceful. We had six adults and two small dogs and there was plenty of room to chill out and enjoy ourselves while we were there.

this cabin was amazing with alot of space and alot of games activities to do around in the cabin. this was my family first visit here and it's was memorable we will definitely be back

Beautiful view from the porch. Lots of space to relax and many comfortable places to lounge inside and outside. Nice kitchen. It was quiet and peaceful and not too far from Blue Ridge. Would love to go back and relax again.

The view is everything. The host provided everything that is needed for your stay. The beds are very comfortable but can be a bit small for 2 sleepers. Although I gave it 5 stars, there are somethings that can be made better. The cabin accommodates 10 people but the table only sits 8, after a few people take showers the water tends to get luke warm. Other than that, my party had the best time. It is a very relaxing place and I planned on going back to the same cabin.

This was the best cabin for our family. We rented it for a big family Christmas present and it did not disappoint! With 4 families and a baby it was perfect. We played pool, cooked all our meals, sat around the fires, and even used the hot tub on a 10 degree day! Couldn’t have asked for a better cabin! Very pleased with our stay. Plan on making this our tradition!

Book it!! This cabin checks every box for a mountain experience. Plenty of room, plenty of fireplaces and world-class Blue Ridge scenery.

The property was just as advertised. It was amazing!!!! So much there for all ages. Cozy, clean, comfortable!!! You don’t really need to leave…..well except maybe to shop or sightsee. Plenty of entertainment at the cabin. Owners or property management kept us informed of repairs before during and after the repair was done. Very friendly!!! Definitely plan to stay again!!

Property was perfect! This is our 6th stay up in the Blue Ridge mountains and the family thought this rental was the nicest. Beautiful views, excellent game room, very new and clean, comfy beds. Location is great as well - close to Aska trails and downtown Blue Ridge. Would definitely recommend!

I loved everything about this cabin. Spacious, great views, jacuzzi, and pool table! My adult boys and their spouses enjoyed the trip. They said best trip weve ever taken. Communication was great with the management group. Cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

Bedrooms were wonderful with three private balconies. Multiple fireplaces, lots of common area room to play games and catch up. Very clean, the grill and hot tub were great amenities. Fun for everyone, including the 1 year old's first trip! We can't wait to go back.

Everything was just great! The only downside was the internet - with the 4 of us logged in to the Wi-Fi, the connection wasn't the greatest. And if i can bring an important point with the instructions received by email were conflicting with the instructions at the cabin (ex: about the trash, the "gate", and we were bummed that we couldn't use any fireplace). But all and all, wonderful place. Thank you!!

The cabin was spectacular! You never know if they will match the photos and this was spot on. We saw deer right from our balcony, and the view is amazing. The hot tub wasn't heating when we arrived. It was in sleep mode, which we didn't know, and the response to our question on how to get it to work was rapid, accurate and easy to understand. In addition to the pictured game room, they have a multitude of activities to keep a family, or families busy, including a chest with games, and cornhole.The media room adjacent to the game room is perfect for movie night!My only critique, and this has nothing to do with the cabin itself, would be that the drive in is a bit scary! I'm from Florida and am not used to winding, mountain dirt roads. We found another way in and out that took us on paved roads which felt safer!

We enjoyed our stay at Bar 5 cabin. It was really pretty and had plenty of amenities.

Really great place! We loved staying here, lots of things to do to keep you busy without going far! The only thing we didn’t like was the host not being very responsive while we were there. She sends out lots of automated messages before the trip but just felt she didn’t care while we were there.

Our family and friends dearly enjoyed our stay in Blue Ridge at the Bar 5 Cabin. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils, pots and pans and serving ware. We specifically chose this cabin for the outdoor wood burning fireplace. We spent almost our entire trip in front of the fireplace even when the Temps were below 40. The beds were comfortable and the game/media room was fun! We would definitely choose this cabin again! Thanks for opportunity!
