Loved everything about this cozy cabin. The steep incline to drive up - scared me at first but then we adjusted to it with no issues.

My fiancee and I stayed here over Valentine's Day weekend and everything was perfect. It's a lovely home with a very comfortable vibe thanks to the rustic decor and modern amenities. The hot tub was fantastic and we spent most of our time lounging there since it was so cold out. We also greatly enjoyed the electric fireplace, which was very easy to operate. It's in a great location and the host gave perfect instructions on how to get there (the YouTube video was useful!). We had a perfect weekend and I genuinely hope we can go back some time soon!

We will definitely be back! Exactly what we wanted for an anniversary getaway.

We loved the red white and blue decor and the personal family photos. It was just me and my 2 kids. This trip while my husband was hiking. And we played games and watched movies each night and enjoyed the hot tub. We seldom left the cabin. It had everything we needed and was in great condition.

The cabin was super accommodating and comfy! The kids loved playing family games and hanging out down stairs. The porches are really nice in the morning waking up to enjoy coffee and the sounds of nature! The drive way is a bit up hill but not too bad! The bedroom TVs are pretty small.

Location was great, super close to downtown! Loved the fire pit area, comfortable accommodations, fit our group of 6 perfectly. Nothing!

The cabin was great. Loved the views, the way the cabin looked inside, the hot tub and fireplace were a huge plus. My family really enjoyed themselves. Loved that gas stations and local gricery stores were near by. Loved it!

Loved the location and cabin decor. Bed was very comfortable too! Has a nice fire pit area but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it so we'll have to save it for another trip 😀 We were a little disappointed we were unable to use the fireplace. The remote is removed so its not available after April thru October I think but it was definitely chilly enough for us at night and it would have been nice to have it even for a little while. The outdoor porch swing needs a good cleaning but other than that it was wonderful.

It was quite cold a couple of nights and they turned off the gas fireplace and removed the remote from the house.

Met a couple of friends from high school for the weekend and throughoughly enjoyed out stay in Blue Ridge at this cabin. Situated evenly between town and the lake is perfect and easy to get to either destination. The cabin has anything you might need and the hot tub was a nice addition Saturday night. Great home away from home !

Beautiful wonderful and awesome American Dream cabin perfect for its name!! Loved the location and the decor was outstanding! Your management team and the owners need to know several issues we had. The gas fireplace didn’t work as remote was missing. Also the large TV in living room didn’t work. They sent someone out but not till next day and very nice man came. Still no remote so he showed me manually how to work it. He actually found a connection to TV not plugged in and fixed it. So now all is good till last night when I guess gas fireplace ran out of gas as it quit working so I turned it off. That should not have happened! I am sure owners wouldn’t like to hear this. All in all had a fabulous time and loved the cabin and would stay there again. Just needed to bring this to your attention.

I cannot express into words how wonderful the cabin was and how badly my wife and I needed a place just like it. After being deployed for three straight anniversaries we were final able to be together this year and everything was beyond perfect. The location on the mountain, the neighborhood, the coziness of the cabin, all it’s amenities, and the level of patriotism is unparalleled. We couldn’t have ask or needed anything more than this. We will be back for many years to come. Thank you so much for offering exactly what was needed.

This cabin was the right choice for our first trip to Blue Ridge. So clean and homey. Close to downtown. Also! My girlfriend saw her first food lion so good for her!

We had a great time at this cabin and would definitely go back with family. Loved the screen in porches and hot tub. Thought the beds were comfortable, water was hot, etc. The driveway is definitely better suited for an SUV or 4x4 vehicle, but we did manage to get my low profile Camry up and down ok. Close to local trails and downtown.

We enjoyed our stay over SuperBowl weekend! The staff was very attentive & accommodating. Thanks for a great time!!

Wonderful stay in the mountains, close to everything. Only one small thing, hot tub cannot go above 98 degrees, but we still enjoyed the jets. Would recommend to all!

We found the cabin to be very comfortable for a group of four - two grandparents plus grand daughter and grand son. The cabin was clean and well furnished. It had everything that we needed, all the appliances were in good condition and the cupboards contained everything that we needed and more. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, gift shops and the area scenery was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the waterfalls and suspension bridge we discovered with the help of the “Things to Do Around Blue Ridge” notebook found in the cabin. Just a couple of things we would improve : the gas grill is very old and the grate was rusty and broken-we lined the grate with aluminum foil in order to make it usable but the grill should be replaced; our grand son found the downstairs bed to be hard and uncomfortable so he alternated between the bed and the futon in the Rec room. We would definitely recommend the mountain vacation getaway. We had a great time despite some rainy days which somewhat limited our exploration of the area. I would have liked the property management company to be more responsive. We were arriving on a Sunday so the office was closed. I had emailed the property manager the week before our arrival and asked for a return phone call but got no response from them. We did the sel-check in without any problem but it would have been nice to get that return phone call that I requested.

The cabin is about 5-10 minutes from down town Blue Ridge yet it felt like it was in the middle of the mountain. 30 minutes to the Ocoee River Rafting company RAFT 1.

Reviewer Comments: It was the most beautiful vacation that we ever have, staying at the cabin "AMERICAN DREAM", From the very first time when we got to the office to pick up the keys the property manager was very nice helping us with the directions and telling us that if we need anything "she will be there to help" , once we got there we knew that everything will be perfect, starting for the beautiful view that the cabin has, once we got inside the cabin was just PERFECT!! very clean and organized, every single thing that you ask for is there for you, the cabin was very beautiful we wish that we can stay longer, but the "AMERICAN DREAM" finish in 5 days, overall it was PERFECT, If I have to recommended this cabin or I have to come to stay in this cabin I will do it 100%, Thanks so much to the owners for having this cabin in a good condition and for sharing to other people.

We loved the warm and cozy red, white, and blue theme. We had everything we needed and felt secluded, but were very close to town. The inside of the cabin was clean but the porches, decks, outside needed cleaning and maintenance. Overall we enjoyed our relaxing time on the mountain!
