This 3-bedroom North Georgia retreat has 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a stone fireplace, a covered deck with a hot tub, and lots of conveniences.

Inside, enjoy an open concept, partial mountain views through many windows, a wood-burning fireplace for cold mountain days, 2 queen-size beds, 1 sleeper sofa, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. It’s even pet friendly! Outside, toss burgers and steaks on the grill, soak in the hot tub, or read a book on the porch swing. Within the community, enjoy access to 6 stocked fishing ponds in the Coosawattee community. *Pets – up to 2, at 25 pounds each – are welcome here!
