Rocking chairs on the lower deck invite quiet mornings with coffee in hand. When you’re ready to explore, follow the path down to the riverfront, where a bench offers a peaceful place to cast a line or simply take in the flowing water and fresh mountain air.
Back inside, the living room makes an immediate impression with a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows framing the river and treetops, anchored by a stacked stone gas log fireplace and a big screen TV. The open layout flows right into the dining area, which has its own stone fireplace and a wall bar for extra seating — great for lingering over meals. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from stainless steel appliances to full cookware and a drip coffeemaker ready for early risers. Downstairs, a cozy den with a stone fireplace and big screen TV is perfect for movie nights or an evening in with a good book and a glass of wine.
The primary suite on the lower level is a highlight of the home, with picture windows overlooking the river, a private balcony, and an en-suite bath featuring a garden tub and rain shower. Across the 3 bedrooms and a loft with 2 sleeping areas, the property offers 2 king beds (1 lower level, 1 upper level), 3 queen beds, and 2 twin log beds. Quiet and peaceful
Very quiet and private area. Peaceful
Beautiful Cabin with Gorgeous Space, but Driveway Needs Caution
Overall, amazing and worth risking life and limb. Unfortunately, got there after dark, driveway was hard to find, starting off with a blind right turn and on a crazy 90 degree decline. The cabin itself was beautiful. Huge, lots of sleep space. (Beds in the loft could use a headboards to keep from hitting the rocks/wood.) Dining room table was dirty, but not earth ending. However, outside needs some TLC. Broken glass bottles in the rocks and trash on the lawn. 3 random piles of wood with in about 20 feet of each other and chained up chairs under a metallic silver tarp – right in the view of the creek. Only issues: driveway and revamping the outside space to be a bit more inviting. Overall – worth the $$ and death by driveway.
