Our Vacation home and Cabin Rental office hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The A Blue Ridge Vacation Rentals office is closed on Sundays. If you submit an inquiry or reservation on a Sunday, we will be in touch with you on the next business day. If you need immediate assistance, please call (706) 455-7400.
Please note: if you are checking in after hours or on Sunday, a check in package with your name has been provided for your convenience in the after hours box to the right of the front door. It is a log cabin and the roof picks up on it. Your package is inside.
Check In: You may check in at any time from 4:00pm or later. If you will be checking in after 5:00pm, please note your rental package with keys and directions to your rental property will be located in the after hours box with your name on it.
Check Out: Check Out Time is at 11:00 am. If you have not checked out by 11am without prior approval, you will be charged for half a days rent.
Please respect the next scheduled guest by being prompt when departing in order to allow our housekeeping crew to come inside and start cleaning the cabin for the next guest.
All Cabins and vacation home rentals have a 2-night minimum stay requirement. There is a 4 night minimum stay requirement for 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter and a 3 night minimum for Valentines day, the month of October, and all other Holidays.
Peak seasons and Holidays are subject to higher cabin and house rental rates.
You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation on any of our vacation rental homes or cabins. Please know that the person renting the cabin must be at least 25 years old to rent from us and will be asked for identification at time of check in. Parents please do not call to rent for your children.
Renter must be willing to take full responsibility, be with their guests during the entire stay, and sign our Liability Release form that will be sent along with the Rental Statement. Renter needs to be aware, upon check in, the credit card on file will be authorized a $250 security and damage deposit. In the event rental property is left in a damaged state, rental company is authorized to keep the $250 security deposit and also any additional monies above and beyond this amount.
To make a reservation you can book it online or call our office at (888)452-9567 or (706) 632-7100. We will need your Credit Card at the time of booking to hold your cabin with a down payment of $250. The deposit will be charged as soon as the reservation is made in order to confirm your reservation. This amount is deducted from your rental total and the remaining balance will be due at check in along with an authorization of a security and damage hold on the CC on file.
In the event a double bookings or if the cabin is no longer on our rental program which is rare, the renter will be notified. We reserve the right to relocate guest into a different cabin within our rental company or of another company. Guest will have the option to accept the replacement cabin or receive a full refund.
Please note: We now offer Rental Protection and Damage Protection insurance. If you choose to purchase damage insurance which we feel is a very good idea, you will not be required to be charged a $250 security hold at check in.
Every cabin or house rental has a listed maximum occupancy which can not be exceeded for safety reasons and by law.
When making a reservation online, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
During check in, the balance due on your rental can be paid by any of the credit cards we take, cash or travelers checks.
If you wish to use a Cashier’s Check to pay the balance of your rental, it must be mailed at least 30 days prior to arrival to allow time to for the check to clear. There will be at least a $25 charge for returned checks along with any recovery costs.
Any balance due on your rental must be paid in full at least 7 days before check in. We also need your Liability Release form before keys are issued for check in.
After making your reservation for one of our cabins or vacation home rentals, you will receive a rental statement by e-mail, fax or mail. This statement will supply your name, the cabin or vacation home you have reserved, your rental fees and directions to the Blue Ridge Vacations office in Blue Ridge Georgia.
It is your responsibility to insure you have all the proper information for your rental stay and everything is correct. In the event your rental statement is wrong, please call the office immediately to make necessary changes. If required, you will receive a new rental statement.
A vacation is supposed to be a happy time but sometimes life gets in the way. A Blue Ridge Vacation is very proud to announce we now can offer our renters a very inexpensive way to protect their vacation investment with Travel Insurance
Purchasing Travel Insurance is a wise investment, but not necessary to rent a cabin or vacation home from us.
There is a Liability Release Form that will be sent to you by email. It is mandatory that it be returned to us signed before you can check in. No Exceptions.
If you are making a last minute booking for the same day, please call us at (888)452-9567 during business hours in order to secure your reservation. Our online system is not able to do same day cabin or vacation home rentals at this time.
A credit card must be presented at the time of check in. A $250 hold will be placed on the card for up to 10 days as a security deposit against any possible damage done to the cabin. If there is no damage to the cabin and all cabin rental policies have been followed by all guests, there will be no charges charged to the credit card provided. Neglect of any or all of these can result in a forfeiture of your deposit and the possibility of additional changes.
If you want, you can purchase Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $40. If you do so, a $250 hold is not required, however you will be charged for any damage not covered by the Vacation Rental Damage Protection, or for any excess over the plans limit.
Please respect the cabin or house and take care of it. Our cabins and vacation home rentals are beautifully furnished and well kept and we wish to keep them this way. The cleaning fee does not mean we are allowing you to leave the cabin or hot tub in an unsanitary condition. We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning expenses.
Any damages by Guests must be reported at or prior to check out. Any additional damages to the cabin or vacation home that exceed the security deposit or insurance limit will be billed to the renter.
To cancel a reservation we require a phone call to our office where you will be given a cancellation number. You are then required to mail a certified letter stating you are canceling the reservation along with the cancellation number provided by us.

*Reservations cancelled with less than 1-month notice are subject to a $100 Fee.
*Reservation cancelled with less than 2-week notice forfeits the $250 deposit.

Sorry, No Exceptions
We have a Strict No Smoking Policy in all of our cabins and vacation homes. Smoking inside any of our vacation rentals or cabins is an automatic $250 charge on your credit card as well as any additional charges for cleaning and smoke removal which will be billed to the renter.
You may smoke outside on the porches or decks, but please do not dispose of cigarettes in the yard area or in our woods. This can cause forest fires and could also result in a home fire.
Pet Policy: In cabins which are not listed as ”Pet Friendly”, we cannot accommodate any size or type of dog, cat or any other pet in any of the other cabins and vacation homes, so please, Do Not Ask!

There is a small extra cleaning fee for all stays with a pet in a pet friendly rental.

If we find evidence that a pet has occupied the property on a non pet friendly unit, the result will be a $250 charge on your card for having a pet as well being billed for any other additional cleaning or repair expenses.
